    ?? 1 out of 5 stars Absolutely the Worst Resort Experience Weve Ever Had We stayed at the ********** Resort for a girls tripsix of us excited for a fun weekendbut it quickly became the worst hotel experience weve ever had.Upon arrival, we found the pull-out couch already made with what appeared to be urine-stained sheets. There was visible mold in the bathroom, and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly. When we contacted the front desk (using our personal phones, since there are no phones in the rooms), a staff member eventually came up, saw the condition of the bedding, changed the sheets, and admitted the room was still a mess from the last guests.That wasnt the end of the issues. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire room for six people. When we called to request more basic toiletries, it took over an hour for someone to bring them up.Both nights, kids were running up and down the hallways, yelling, and even kicking our door, making it hard to relax or get any ******* checkout, when we asked if any compensation would be offered for all the issues, the front desk staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the problems, she insinuated we had wet the bed, saying she was told the sheets were just wet and dismissing our concerns completely. She openly said she did not care about customer service and that she was not going to argue.This experience was unacceptable on every level. From poor cleanliness and long wait times for basic necessities to the complete lack of professionalism and accountabilitywe would never stay here again and strongly caution others to avoid this property.

    Hope all is well with you. I recently stayed at the resort. My room was freezing . I spoke with the manager and she stated that there are no discounts nor free rooms. I can totally understand however, this made my stay unpleasant. I am glad I only had a stuffy nose, watery eyes, and itchy throat. I was there for the training. Due to this I was not able to check the fine print. The manager on duty, very rude, stated there was not anything she could do because the Resort is not responsible for mechanical errors.

    These people are scamming people out of hundreds of dollarsmyself my husband and another couple booked a one night stay to celebrate their anniversary the room we booked had no cancellation or you lose the entire amount of your stay so we attempted to reschedule our trip for another time only to be told we had until 11:59 pm that day to give them $800 or they would keep our $314 and we HAD to make our booking 2 nights instead of one. The schedule for the ferry is not easy to read so definitely call and have someone explain the ferry routes because they wont have any empathy they already have your money smdh I just started going to this place and I probably wont ever return for this. S/N we thought the last ferry was at 7:30 we were parking at 6:30 as the last ferry pulled off one of the ferry fair collectors informed us that they only run the 7:30 ferry on Friday
