      I went to my usual location and everything was horrible. I felt profiled the entire time and left unsatisfied with my shopping experience. I had items to exchange and return, so an associate asked if they could hold my bag at the register (which I thought was great). Until I realized they were profiling me and assumed I would be using my bag to boost products. When I finally made it to the register with my products I had to wait for the manager to ring me up even though a cashier was standing at the registers. She was NOT friendly in any way, shape or form. I even attempted some banter by asking about the Halloween scents. I was met with a very dry Whatever is out there what we have. She then told me the exchange without receipt policy had changed and now I needed to pay the balance. I received my 3-wick candle as a gift form a student for Teacher Appreciation Week. I was not given a receipt and unfortunately did not care for the smell. As I have done before I went to exchange for a smell I preferred. I was told that the policy had updated and I now had to the a $15 balance. She made no attempt to assist me and I quickly left the store. It was the worst experience I have had at a *** location and I will never return to that store. *******, ** ******** ************* location August 14, 2022

      Hello,My name is **********. I wanted to bring to your attention the terrible service weve received not once but twice from the manager at ***************** Mall. I have been a customer there since the age of 17. The Manager ****** is rude and not personable. My first encounter was not great with her when I came in to shop for the Halloween Collection in which I spent several hundred dollars. This time around I came in and made her aware that I did not have my receipt and needed to do an even exchange, I also have the app to reference purchases. Well she wanted to charge me more for the pumpkin wallflower that was the same exact price for the cat one, which I purchased just two weeks ago because of the function. Needless to say I had to go on the website, show her how to do her job and she exchanged the product rudely because of course both are the same price, the product I exchanged was brand new and unused. I also noticed how poorly she treats her employees and other clients. I am not sure how someone with such poor character can represent your company. I also asked what time floor-sets are since they have a hiring sign, not a job for me but I work for the county and sale real estate, so I can refer people to you guys and she was rude with her responses. Whether shes unhappy with herself or the job it should not reflect and affect YOUR clients. I would hate to send employees to work for you guys with the bad attitude from the Manager and cant imagine sending anyone to work under her supervision. The fact that she was trying to overcharge me for a product that is the exact same price and I showed her is unbelievable.

      I went into the *****, ** location and had a very bad experience with one of your employees. I was returning a gift I received with a receipt and wanted to use the funds towards a new purchase. The employee refused to do the exchange and instead returned the funds back to the credit card of person who gave me the gift. I didnt want that to happen so then I asked the employee to cancel the return which she refused. Employee needs coaching from manager and was extremely unhelpful and rude. I would like to provide this feedback to the manager so going forward the employee better understands the customer service experience and how to handle returns.

      I had a 30 % off coupon and I showed the clerk at the Bath and Body store in ********* .She refused to take the 30% off my order. I then called Bath and Body complaint department and they said call back on Monday because the complaint line was busy. So,I called on Monday and told the *********** of this issue. The next day when I went into the Bath and Body web on my smart phone the 30 % coupon had been erased. I then called the complaint department and they refused to listen to me about what happened to my 30%off. coupon. I am really angry. FRAUD. I have spent a lot of money at Bath and Body for many years. As of today I am done with these people.

      Ordered a few sprays online and 2 of them came broken! i am very upset. I tried putting the spray cap back on and it just wont fix! i cant even use them! horrible!

      Dear black and ***** people, be careful when visiting the ********* ** location. Its reeks of racism. My daughter and I order about 30 candle and we tried to exchange 6. The manager ********* would not allow us to exchange but only offered a gift card arguing that the policy will be changing soon. She ended up calling the police on us while we patiently waited for customer relation to resolve the issue by phone. We were peaceful, quiet and just wanted to exchange but she refused; luckily we recorded the exchange including her instructing her staff to call the Sherrif depart of two black women simply looking to exchange merchandise. It was the worse experience and it was race based. I called the **** of ******* to file a complaint for disparage service. I also contacted corporate for discriminate treatment. One of the staffed stopped me as I left and said that they just perform and exchange for a nonblack. She apologized and was tearful. The video of the manage ********* at ******************* in ********* will be circulating TikTok, including the the her instructing her staff to call ESCO (escambia county Sherrif ****) at the same just that I was speaking to corporate. Please get the word out and expose companies who stand behind their racist employees. This has to end. Its unfortunate that not everyone is treated the same. Even customer relations said I dont know what wrong with this lady, I cant tell you why she wont exchAnge never been used opened of burned merchandise eventhough its there company policy. Still in the small wooden boxes they arrived in. Further ? calling the cops went to far. I also called 20 other stores who welcome my return the unused/unopened merchandise further validating the racist intent. They offered me ******************************** to keep the candles I purchased.I refuse to be silent. I want the same concessions everyone else has. But its not about the money, its about equal treatment.
