The date of the transaction was 7/22/2022, for an all-day pass for access to the rides. My son was only allowed to ride a single ride and then his friend confronted by security and asked to leave. My son went to guest services where he was originally offered a replacement ticket by ******. Then a man (heavyset with ginger hair and beard) interjected in an aggressive and abusive manner and stated they would get no replacement nor refund. I called and spoke to an employee who told me she would email me a replacement ticket. She took my email address and asked me to hold to ensure I received the ticket. After two minutes, she came back on and stated that her supervisor would not allow her to send a replacement. I tried to resolve this with the business and they made promises to resolve it that they did not keep. The order number is ******** and the amount is $77.18.

Hello, I am filing this complaint because Cedar Point has blocked my child's season pass due to it being stolen by a friend & me reporting it stolen. I called Cedar Point 06-23-2022 and spoke with the *******. I examined to him that one of my son's friends took a screenshot of his pass and gave it to multiple other people without my child knowledge. My son went to cedar point and this same friend was up there the same day with his friends. This friend and his friends all used my son's season pass to get in and told my son after the incident. My son cam and told me because he didn't want them to use his pass and get him in trouble. I called Cedar point and explained this to them and they accused my son of giving his friends the pass knowingly all because they saw my son talking to these boys at cedar point. My son did not arrive or leave with these boys, and definitely did not give them his pass. I explained this to the ******* and he decided to block my son's $130 pass for the rest of the year with no refund. I asked the ******* why would I call in and tell if we did it on purpose. They stole my money and they are acting off false pretenses. This is not how you conduct business and my son didn't break any rules. Cedar point needs to unblock my son's pass or refund our money.

I bought 8 Adult Passes and 3 Pre-K passes Total costing $681 for two days. I spent $1200 on a van rental and $600 for hotel to enjoy cedar point with my family whose been going through a tough time. Before taking the trip I called in to see if there was anything we can do for myself because I had a foot injury and it was hard to stand in line they said YES we can give you an accessibility pass for you and your party. Once I arrived I immediately went to get a pass. They asked me a few questions and determined I was ineligible. When I asked why they stated because we don’t believe you since you “walked into the park alone” I explained I need a manager immediately because I felt discriminated against. Once the manager came and asked the questions again he determined I can have a pass which was very helpful. We bought a two day ticket on the second day I went to renew it and the manager ****** stated they made a mistake and they will not renew it for me threatening to kick me and my family out of the park. I was in disbelief I then went to the guest services and they asked me the questions again and I answered. Nothing has changed in my situation. The manager **** went inside and they brought police to the desk and police held me in a tiny room while my wife and daughter were waiting for me in the scorching heat. Once police arrived they determined I was not the person they were after and they had made a mistake. Leaving me 1 hour away from my wife and 10 month old baby who could have gotten heat stroke. Not only did they refuse to renew my pass but i refractured my ankle by waiting in line. These employees are young and careless and make decisions based off emotion and not facts. They made a fool out of me and put myself and my family in danger by holding me away from my 10 month old child. We left the park immediately and drove 3 and a half hours back home in absolute disbelief at what happened. We payed so much money to enjoy the trip and we got nothing but hate….
