      I am updating my review. The compliant was resolved and my daughter was able to be seen for the installation of her braces. The reason it is not a five is because I was told that Dr. K*** was no longer practicing, but I have been told by two close friends that he is DEFINITELY still practicing and their children had just seen him for braces evaluation on the Eastside. I guess I am confused maybe he just doesn't work on the Westside of Cleveland, but say that if that is the case and NOT he is no longer practicing. Anyway, it's a moot point. My daughter has her braces now. I will add that when they were first installed two days later the brackets came off her teeth and we had to take her back a week later to have them reattached by the Orthodontist and not a dental technician in training who had first done the brackets. I am hoping for a smoother practice during this braces journey and forthright information being provided. Thank you.

      The front office is VERY RUDE, but it figures bc so the Office Manager, Jayla! I called to get an appointment for a new retainer, spoke to the front desk rep who quoted me 250 each for both top and bottom retainer. No problem, but I was quoted 300 a few months ago from one of their OA’s. I tried explaining this to the rep who was rude and just over talked me. Then abruptly said, “I can put you on with someone else.” I was then transferred to Jayla, who was also rude. Long story short, why would I want to continue to spend money with an establishment who’s rude to their patients? The problem is not the cost, it’s the lack of empathy and the misinformation.

      This complaint came to the attention of the General Manager. All staff members have been coached on how to handle patient questions and concerns effectively and efficiently. They were re-advised on the need to reach out to the General Manager when unsure how to answer questions or satisfactorily deliver information. The patient was treated with complimentary upper fixed & removable retainers, a savings of $425.00. This resolution was pleasing to the patient. She subsequently removed her negative google review and replaced it with a raving 5 star review outlining her final experience.
