    We transferred our services to Nagy Family dental in Jan 2023 after our dentist retired. We have quickly come to learn that this practice is more in to the business side and not necessarily what is best for the patient. As a practice this large they should fully understand billing dental practices and not provide services without getting consent from a parent or prior approval from insurance leaving the customer to pay expenses out of pocket for services not needed. This office performed unnecessary panoramic xrays on a minor without consent or prior insurance authorization when the care plan should have been well documented in the chart from the January visit that the minor would be seeing an orthodontist where said xrays would be done. Under our insurance these xrays are only permitted once every 5 years. Bite wings were only done at the January appointment and as the minors parent I was present for all these discussions. And be aware that if you cancel a scheduled appointment less than 24 hours from appointment you will be charged $75.00 no matter what life deals you
