Solon Dental Excellence is not to be trusted. They do not have dentists that provide quality work or have knowledge and they do the cheapest and quickest repair that leads to many problems down the line. They have a terrible office manager Rae who tried to bill us from 3-4 years ago and cannot specify what it was for. When you ask them to explain the bill they cannot and they told us 3 different reasons for the same bill.

I am so sorry you feel this way. If you would like to give our office a call we would be more than happy to send your entire account summary along with your insurance EOB's to provide clarification on what your balance is for.
