    ON 4/5/2023 i signed a contract with SOLIDForm Concrete, Scott W***** is the President, CFO.
    We had them pour a concrete walkway to the fron of the house and a patio add on. The patio add on was supposed to slope 1/8" to 1/4" per foot away from the house. Also the base was never compacted, bad base.
    When it rained that showed the slope was way off. The rain ran towards the house in places. The front walk was not symmetrical where it meets the driveway and there is a hole in the concrete.
    I called Scott and he never answered, which is a common occurrence as shown by other complaints. His foreman did and I told him of the problem about the slope running towards the house. He came out and looked at the patio and I showed hi videos when it rained. He said yes that is a problem and talked to Scott. The only thing Scott would do is epoxy the area between the house and patio. Not a solution. Scott is a coward. I never checked SOLIDForm on the BBB. My bad. But somehow we were talking about the BB and Scott said they were a joke and had no authority becuase belonging to the BBB just put his business higher on search engins and they could do nothing if complaints were filed. No offense but that is true judging by the 3 previous complaints. DO NOT USE SOLIDForm ever. They are a joke of a company and do not stand behind thier work.
    BTW I used Viking Concrete to fix my pourch (complete tear out and repair) and during the tarot they showed where the concrete was not even 4" thick as it should have been.
    I have videos also but your downloads do not accept.

    I have a contract to pour a new patio on the back of my house. The contract said the there would be steel grid or fiber mesh put into the concrete. I did not see either put into the concrete. The contract also said that sealant would be applied to the concrete. It never was. I called (4) times to have them come out and do the sealant and they said they would, but they never did. My concrete now has very large cracks in it and I am concerned that it may no last very long before it starts breaking up.
    In addition, the owned ran his loader at full speed over my new concrete driveway and cracked it. He said he would come out and epoxy it. He never did. I had four different dump trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment on the driveway and it was never affected but they all went slowly on and off the end of the driveway.
