    Avoid this company at all costs! We contracted to have a retaining wall, pool deck and patio installed by Solid Form. Scott W***** was anxious to earn our trust and become recommended throughout the pool installation community. We were impressed with him at first as he seemed genuinely interested in doing things properly and fulfilling his obligations. Boy were we mistaken! The problems began when the pool edge was poured improperly and the rolled edge was nowhere near to straight. It got even worse when his crew returned to attempt to even the edge and stain the concrete. The walls of the pool were filled with puddles of concrete and black stain. He said not to worry, they would take care of it. Needless to say, they did NOTHING! If this was not enough, the most critical concern came after the first hard and mud came pouring through our retaining wall and into the pool. The cause…no drain was installed at the base of the four foot retaining wall. Again, absolutely no help or even a return phone call. Our only choice was to hire other contractors and pay unexpected finances to fix their screw ups. Do not trust Scott W***** with any of your concrete work. His smile and warm, caring attitude will turn as soon as he gets your money.
