Charged me more for the car than what it was online. Then added 15k in warranties and add one they claimed necessary for me to get a better rate. Hid dings and dents and damage to inside drivers window as well as paint run behind the drivers door. Wheel lug lock missing as well as jack from the tool kit and was unable to get the wheel and tire off so had to tow to a real dealership for bmw to be assisted. Pretty scammy dealership. Do not recommend.

Terrible dealership, a lot of fast talking..sold us a 12,000 dollar vehicle which within a months time needed 3000.00 dollars worth of work..gaureentee inspection, I seriously doubt..even the dip stick was broke. Please save your time and money and go somewhere far away from this dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible dealership. This is an incredibly scammy dealership. They will try to take complete advantage of you, run your credit, and waste your time. They agreed to a $1000 discount that they backed out on. Then they agreed to a $500 discount, but added $500 to the processing fees to get out of paying that. They also added a $1698 fee for a service contract aka warranty that wasnt ever mentioned so expect to pay more than the advertised price even if they say they will take money off the purchase price.I worked with ******, the finance manager. Hes a real piece of work and has absolutely no problem lying to customers. I was approved for a lower financing percentage through **** of America, which is one of the banks they work with. ****** said he could match my rate but conveniently after talking to B of A, he said they would no longer be able to offer the lower rate because of a sales tax discrepancy. That doesnt even make sense. Why would higher or lower sales tax result in an increased interest rate, so I called **** of America and they said it was no problem at all. I was locked in at the lower rate for 30 days and that it sounded like the dealership was playing games. **** of America sent the approval letter over and then ****** and the ** decided to walk from the deal if I was going to use my own financing instead of their inflated financing rates. These people count on their customers being incompetent and will try to pull a fast one over on you more than one way. Stay away. Take your business elsewhere. They dont deserve it!All of that and I didnt even mention that they hid the Carfax because the car went 20k miles and 3 years without any reported oil change. Shame on them.

They forgot to get my bank information and also told me that a letter will come in the mail for me to connect my bank account and send payments. Since they forgot to get my bank information the day of the sale, I was never able to give them my down payment. They called me in the middle of the day and lectured me about how I didnt answer their previous calls (which I never received any or I would have answered). After being rude to me on the phone they then told me I have to pay today either in person or over the phone or they wont transfer my title in my name (I also was driving the car around while not being in my name which I didnt know about). I live over an hour away and had work in 2 hours so I could not go into the dealership to pay, nor is that fair for me to waste time and money due to their mistake. So I had to pay over the phone and due to being over the phone there was a 3 percent fee which I had to pay again DUE to their mistake of not getting my bank information day off. I tried to call them to get compensation for their mistake and all they gave me was excuses, excuses doesnt make up the fact that I lost money due to their mistake, human or not, I lost money due to them.

Very shady and questionable business practices. Poor service & poor communication. Dropped off my Beetle back in July 2022- my sunroof was intermittently closing. Mostly due to a manufacturer issue (no official recall)- ******* However, they first reported the gasket had gone bad (leaking), then it changed to a cracked frame (which did not exist before dropping off the car) then it changed to a chip in the plastic on the sunroof track. HUH?!! After FOUR months of back/forth, mostly me calling, they reported the car could NOT be fixed and THREE autobody shops could not or would not touch the car. Had a phone discussion with the ** *********************** who agreed by phone to true me up to RETAIL value (not trade value) for breaking my car which he agreed, then he reneged on the deal. And that's not worst part, wait for it....one week later, the car is now on sale on their website as a pre-owned car. 2013 YELLOW VW BEETLE HAS A DAMAGED SUNROOF FROM THE MANUFACTURER and a CRACKED FRAME FROM THE DEALER --DO NOT BUY IT!! There has GOT to be some laws being broken here. Most importantly, I wanted to warn any purchasers of this broken car and very shady dealer!
