      Phenomenal service with Tim ******* and his team. I appreciate the weekly updates. They keep everyone in the loop of the transaction. Thank you for all you do for my clients.

      This is the worst Mortgage Company I been with by far. I been with them a little over a year and iv had more problems with them than all the other companies I been with put together. The 1st 3 months know on knew who had insurance on my house because they sent the check to the wrong insurance company. One time they call me saying my payment didn't arrive, I paid over the phone and they cash to check when it finally arrives. Another time they sent a check back saying something was wrong with the check when the check was the same as all the other checks in the past and future checks they cash. If you can stay away from union home mortgage it's in you best interests if you do. Even there customers service suck. No one seems to ever know what there doing with this company. And there feeds are 2 to 3 times higher then every one else. I really hope this review keeps you from choosing this company. If I could give them a 0 I would because even 1 star is to high for union home mortgage, stay away from this country.

      This is an awful company. They have never paid our insurance or taxes without one of us calling and complaining or emailing to get it straightened out. They refused to add me to the loan because my husband and I weren't yet married (wedding was moved due to corona. we had been together for 8 years when he bought the house). The communication from them is terrible. I have considered refinancing the house somewhere else with a higher rate just so I don't have to worry about what they aren't doing. Bill, the CEO, seems to be much more concerned with where he can have his face plastered on social media instead of quality of his company and treatment of employees to ensure that customers are taken care of properly. It's really frustrating seeing photos of him on facebook singing at the UHM plaza in Cleveland, and his company can't make sure my taxes & insurance are paid. "Promises Kept" is the most garbage, unfitting slogan for this company. I have so many complaints about this company and no good way to organize them. They are terrible.

      Not having to travel or take take time off work was great and certainly appreciated.
