Payroll4 Construction is to file my quarterly taxes and provide w2s for my business. They have not filed my quarter 3 tax reports and I have sent multiple emails and called leaving messages for the tax team and gotten no response. They have collected my $575 in tax money for quarter 3 but have not filled the taxes. I am facing audit penalties because they have not filed quarter 3 tax returns for me to provide to the auditor. The longer the taxes delay being filed Im also facing penalties from the state, local, and federal governments. I have left 2 messages and emailed now four times and still no response.
