Mechanic does not really do the work and gets labor money. Supposed to do a recall and didnt. Also said my transmission was bad and I got it home and fixed myself. It runs fine. Took my car to program a ***. He said it couldnt be programmed. Quoted me for a new price. Then called back and said I needed a new transmission altogether. Price went from $180 to $4,800. I got the car towed home. While there ****** said I should probably junk the car since it wasnt worth being fixed. I sent my TCM off to be programmed and installed it myself. Truck runs fine now. They did a recall on my airbag for free but I am getting a code about the airbag now. I dont believe he did it at all. Total with labor and a restocking fee for a part I never needed was $705.00. All that for work I did myself and was lied to about by **** White.

UNBELIEVABLE HOW TERRIBLE THE SERVICE HAS BECOME AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I have been using this shop for repairs and service for 8 years. When I first did business here, the service staff knew their jobs, treated everyone like a vip, made accurate quotes and handled each situation like professionals....NO LONGER! The staff of service writers has completely turned over and nobody seems to know anything anymore! I was quoted $1200 for a repair on my 2013 Malibu to change a failing oil pump. Before I even made it halfway home from dropping my car off for service, the service tech called me and asked me what HE originally quoted my wife. When I told him around $1000,or so, he tells me he must have misquoted the job. Now he tells me that the price will be at least $2100. The curious part to me is that my daughter got run off the highway while driving my car about 3 months ago and I tookit into the Dave White Collision center, told them it was run off the road and the oil pan was damaged from bottoming out during the accident. I asked them to give the car a thorough inspection and report their findings to me. They called my wife. They said there as no damage to the engine, that they could find. However, the car started overheating and was experiencing power loss, almost immediately. 2 weeks ago we took the car into the service center to have the issue diagnosed and were told that the oil pump is failing. We were quoted $1200 for the repair and scheduled the service. After dropping off the car and leaving is when they called and doubled the price of the job. A job that probably should have been covered by insurance initially because the noises and problems started immediately after the car was run off the road. Basically, I paid my deductible for a repair that was never diagnosed or performed by a dealership collision shop so they could send me to their service center, misquote me, schedule my service and then double the cost of the repair! VERY PROFESSIONAL! Not going back

Took my 2017 chevy Cruz in .. having stalling problems. After having a new o2 sensor put in picked up my car within 20 min. Of picking up my car acted just like it did before I took it in. They replaced the other o2 sensor and again after picking up was still having problems, they then said the o2 sensors were faulty replaced them again and my catalytic converter. Fixed the problem for about a week. Finally took it to another mechanic.....$1500 later and it's finally repaired correctly.

So I took my Yukon in Monday for a replacement of a module! They tried an upgrade 4 weeks ago and no success. This a simple visit just replace the module as the previous visit was a 400.00 + failure. Now we are going into Thursday with no reply’s to my calls and job still is not completed. I was considering buying a Suburban here but not likely.
