    I lived in their Laskey manor apartments last year. I immediately noticed my leasing agent there was a rodent infestation in my unit. No response. I dealt with it by getting a cat. Months go forward when it gets cold out and my heater starts turning on. I break into hives and a serious illness that causes me to go to the dr. I got a mycotoxins urine test and there was high concentrations of mold toxins in my urine. I had my dad check my hvac and it was horrendous. Hasn’t been changed in a decade but my lease says I’m responsible for it. No way. Immediately reported it. Showed my dr note and evidence. Gave them 30 days and no repairs were made. Then terminated my lease. The same day Their manager called me, Chow, explaining he’s sorry this was a mistake let me stay at the unit. Unfortunately just signed a new lease as I warned them over the 30 days. I payed an extra month rent to give them 30+ days to find a new tenant.
    Next thing I know I’m charged with a breakage fee and they kept my deposit. I of course took legal action after they sent me to a debt collecter.
    This whole issue went to court. They countersuid me for the same lease fee and also sent me to a debt collector for the same amount. So tried collecting this money in two different spots. Literally took me months to see a judge because they kept switching lawyers playing the system like a little kid.
    Just know they are the more immature, unresponsive, no maintenance landlord I have ever met. I was literally 18 and they completely ruined mt credit report for $650. I couldn’t even take out student loans.
    I lost the case because I could not legally prove the mold came from the heater even though the photos and videos and urine test can say other wise.
    Don’t go through kit management and don’t go to Laskey make apartments it’s infested with rodents and they didn’t even care
    Wish I could attach photos. I left a nasty google review they had to completely remove their google business

    Put in a maintenance order over a month ago for leaking ceilings which are now breaking and caving in my apartment also for a broken toilet that doesn’t flush. Recently put in a second maintenance order in hoping they’d come and fix it but haven’t. Also outside there’s wires across sidewalks and hanging off buildings, holes in the sidewalks and just a safety hazard to the tenants and the children inside and outside

    We have brought all of your issues to the attention of the condo association. They are repairing the roof and scheduling with you directly for the interior repairs. Unfortunately we do not own all of the units there and are not in control over the overall condo buildings.
