    Terrible service, frequent outages, and now they're trying to bill me for a closed account, which has been closed for months - they owed me a refund & are now trying to scam me into paying them.

    The worst internet provider Ive ever had. Speeds hardly reach the tier youre paying for, frequent outages, and way to expensive for the actual service you receive.

    I have had it for years. Lived in the same apartment for 19 years. The first 4 years or so ******** Stable for the most point but then Im forced to switch. I will say the internet has been more of a problem than ******** Cheaper kinda.. Im reminded that Im the only one having problems when I call. Nice huh? Lucky me. They replace the modem in most cases. Then 1 to 3 months later again. Then stable for 6-8 months then problems. The speed varies a lot during that time. How local governments allow only one provider is beyond me..

    My internet is out more than it works. You pay more for 350 Mb speed internet then you do for gig internet at competitors and it *****. **************** is horrible. They never have an answer for you or a fix. Just tell you theyll report the issue. This entire company is an and hole and a scam and nothing less.

    Internet is out more than working. The ****** is constantly rebooting for absolutely no reason. When calling customer service they can never give a reason for either issue but to say you moved the router or your TV. Worse company I have ever dealt with but complex has contract exclusively.

    Awful Unreliable always down internet and customer service is TRASH THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE. They buy out entire complexes and then leave customers with this virtually dial up capability service. Actually Dial up service was better.

    Exactly what you would expect from a company in Toledo Ohio. Just look at their website and you will understand the level of service you will get. Trapped in a complex that uses this cheap internet provider. They are crap, been crap, will always be crap. They have no plans or interest in upgrading their services.

    I continue to receive monthly billing statements with any amount and account number when I have no account with them and I don't use them.

    Customer service is lousy. Staff (*****) was very disrespectful and got hateful with me when I inquired about paying the past due amount and being turned back on. Refused to do so. Unfortunately, this is what our apartment complex chooses to use and I can't wait to get rid of them. Could turn you back on if they really wanted to.
