    This company is absolutely terrible. My internet has been going in and out constantly over the past week or so and every time I call They tell me the same thing,”it’s not an isolated event, it’s within the apartment complex as a whole, we can’t tell you when it will be fixed, that’s all I know.” Literally that is what she tells me every time I’ve called. I have papers to write and a final exam to finish and I can’t because my internet only stays working for an hour at a time. If at all possible, do not pay these people for internet. I only did because when I moved in they were the contracted internet company with my apartment and you had no choice, which is also a load of bull. That shouldn’t be a thing, I should get to choose who I pay for services. Stay far away from this company, you’ll pay a high monthly fee to have internet maybe 15 days out of the month.
