  Our team ***, *******, and ***** were excellent. We continued to call them the BEST IN THE MIDWEST. Professional, friendly, thorough, careful with all items. We would highly recommend this group of three again. Not one item was damaged, and they were extremely helpful in positioning the furniture in our new place. Thank you for making this transition so smooth. BEST IN THE MIDWEST!

  Worst experience ever! I feel like like I have been deceived from beginning. Person who came to give estimate looked at everything and made a quote. They took more time to load and unload. They charged me extra **** for it. I talked to supervisor and he told me that we can settle for $9800 and I gave them check. Next morning I got an email of 2 grand balance. They were not supposed to see where the problem was. I requested for waiving as it was not my fault that person estimated so low and supervisor assured me that it is full settlement. I was threatened for sending bill to collection. I cleared it but learned my ******* Beware of this company. Unfortunately I signed papers and I suffered.

  I have used MVM eight times in the past two years. Four moves were entire households and others were large, heavy moves of a piano and a large granite piece. Price was much affordable than most national carriers. Seamless process from the estimate, to the pack up, to the move. Two separate moves were long hauls across the country with full packaging service. These moves had very fragile and collector type belongings, and they handled like pro movers. The communication was very definitive and my crew last move of ****** and ***** was as expected: great! Usually one veteran mover each time. Use them for any move!

  MVM Movers helped me with an in-home move relocating my pets and their furnishings from one area of my home to another. **** and *** were patient, compassionate, and hard working. They were very professional and finished the job within the planned time frame. We all enjoyed the afternoon and when they departed, I felt I had engaged competent friends who also love animals, rather than movers whom I didn't know. This is my second time using MVM Movers for this purpose and I will never go anywhere else.

  We had a hospital bed that needed to be moved from one apt. to another apt across town. The guys from MVM did a great job. The conversation with ***** was very nice. The move went well. No problems. We were all very happy with the experience. MVM is a great moving company. Thanks so much. I would definitely use them again. **************

  Our moving experience with MVM was such a pleasure! The crew of 4 was efficient, professional and cordial. They were thorough and organized. They really made moving day a success and pretty stress free! Final price came in slightly under estimate. All our items were handled with care and arrived in great condition. Would highly recommend to others.

  The move was grossly underestimated, so it cost much more than I was quoted. The movers did a lot of damage to my new home. MVM settled up with me for the damage, but under the stress of moving nobody needs to deal with these types of things. I paid A LOT for a less than acceptable experience.
