  Excellent and professional from start to finish. Our movers were very conscious of not creating any damage to our home or property. They arrived on-time and were focused on getting the job done. It was very apparent that they were not stalling to add time. I would absolutely recommend MVM and use their services again. A definite shout out to our move coordinator **********, and our movers ********** and ****!

  Unexpectedly I had to leave my corporate apartment . I asked the apartment manager who was the best movers. With in seconds she said Maumee Valley movers. The entire process was professional from beginning to the end. I will recommend MVM to anyone needing to move.***

  Did an awesome job! 3 guys 1 truck 8 hours. Everything loaded, shipped, and delivered, in perfect shape. The quote was a little higher than most others, but a lot more honest. Perfection.

  Terrible experience when they damaged a $1200 table base. After answering several times about how the damage was caused by their movers, company ** shard to get to follow up for repair. Finally the manager offered $300, then ended up refunding $87 when I asked for a refund. Terrible professionalism when they cause damage, would never use again and would not recommend. No loyalty to customers like me who try to stay local and have used them several times. My move was under $600 and they were rude and very unprofessional when I started getting upset for how they were not handling things. The table was less than 6 months old, something I saved for and really debated about treating myself to and in one move, they ruined it and refused to manage their responsibility with any integrity. The challenge for a company isnt when they do the job they are hired for, which is expected, its when they fall short and dont take responsibility for their mistake, or the damage they cause. MVM showed me who they are as a company in August 2023 and it is still very upsetting and so disappointing.

  Super impressed with MVM Movers. We have counted on this company at least five other times, and each time they are prompt, courteous, polite, very careful with our items and rooms, and they guys are SUPER FAST! They work hard to accommodate even last minute requests. I will keep calling MVM for future moves, and I am happy to recommend them.

  I had a great experience with MVM this past weekend! The company called several times to verify and confirm details ahead of my move date. The movers - Jonathan, Kerijuan and Terrell, showed up on time, were extremely respectful and motivated to get the job done! We had fun and they were extremely efficient and professional. I hope I never move again, but would absolutely recommend MVM to anyone else!

  Would highly recommend! MVM was super easy to work with and very communicative beforehand and on the day Noah and Devon couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! They were super fast and friendly and did a great job!
