The sales presentation was thorough showing all options available and allowed me to make an informed decision - Erie Construction was the third company I had make bids on my project, and they were by far the most thorough. They took full measurements of the roof and advised they would also use satellite images to confirm the measurements. They advised the plants close to my home would be protected with wooden "tents". The price they quoted was the middle price of the three quotes I received, and included everything needed to complete the job (no hidden costs). On the day of installation the crew showed up promptly, protected the plants and spread protective cloth over the lawn and deck. They removed the two layers of shingles that were installed, replaced the wooden sheathing where necessary, and removed the previously installed "box vents". They installed the new shingles and installed a ridge vent to provide better air circulation and cooling. The whole time the crew were on the roof they were roped in with safety harnesses. Their clean-up after was thorough - to the point that when the lawn was next mowed only 3 nails were found - I don't think I could have asked for or expected better. I saw the neighbor who lives behind me a couple of days afterwards, he is a retired construction-worker and he was praising the amount of work the crew put in and how well they worked together. He asked me the name of the company and I was happy to recommend Erie Construction to him.

WE LOVE OUR KNEW ROOF. FROM THE FIRST WHEN THE SALES MEN CAME OUT AND SHOWED US THE SAMPLES AND MADE PICTURES OF OUR ROOF (SHOWING US THE HOLES ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE SHINGLES COMING LOOSE. THEY ALSO WENT INTO THE ATTIC AND MADE PICTURES AND SHOWED THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE WATER . THE CREW ARRIVIED ON TIME AND WORKED IN THE EXTREME HEAT. IT TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO DO THE JOB ,BUT
THEY LEFT WITHE EVERYTHING CLEANED UP. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THIS CREW WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER .Erie Home

The crew did a good job installing & cleaning up after our new roof was done. The only problem was we had a pallet of plywood left over and it took them a week to remove it from our driveway .Erie Home

The salesman was friendly but a little misleading about the length of the warranty. The installers overall did a decent job. My only complaint is that there was some damage done to a few plants and our flag from them flinging all the old shingles off the side.Erie Home

Here's the short version of what I, not think, but know about Erie Home. Erie Home construction handles their business and backs it up with a great warranty. When I say I know I mean Erie Home just replaced my roof, damaged wood and all. They did the replacement as if they were living here. They really care about what they're doing from start to finish. They've done follow up calls to make sure I'm satisfied, and I am. Thanks Erie HomeErie Home

Awesome job, it was done in one day. Cleaned up very nicely. The roof looks beautiful, when it rains I do not hear the rain drops. I will recommend Erie roofing to anyone that needs a roof.Erie Home

New roof looks great. The people at Erie, from sales to installation to support, were all easy to work with and very professional. The installation process was relatively speedy, efficient and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up and not disturbing anything not related to the roof. We hope to see some increased energy efficiency and property value from this roof. The curb appeal is definitely improved. The roofing material, customer service and the installation was above what I could have asked for!! I had no worries or questions with the product knowledge due to them being above the standard!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Erie to anyone looking for a new roof !!! And I can’t wait to get my windows and vinyl siding done from them as well!!!Erie Home
