  I bought a brand new camper that was winterized. When I recieved the camper, the furnace didn't work, the water heater had frozen and broke and the sink handle leaks. When I called them they told me to put in a warranty claim. Since dealing with the warranty staff who did not enter my warranty claims, I finally worked directly with the manufacturer to solve the issues on my own. The manufacturer informed me no claims had been entered for these camper issues. Once Couch's had my money for the camper they had no interest in assisting with service.

  If a zero star was available, this place is an absolute nightmare to deal with! Rude horrible staff. Jeff c**** himself is a real piece of work. We have been cussed out by him and his service department. They sold us crap, and threatened to take our camper to the impound lot. They are so unprofessional on so many levels. They do not deserve anyone business or time. This place should be shut down!

  Bought a brand new 2023 ****** ********** Legacy, Have Had nothing but problems with this Camper!!! Jeff Couch himself gave us his personal cell number and advised us to call him if any problems. Well we took him up on that. Our roof started leaking while on the coast. We call Jeff Couch and he advised us to turn it in on our personal insurance. And he would would personal pay our $1000.00 deductible. Went on to say that we are honest people as he is blah blah. Well I contacted Jeff Couch and he totally back water and came up with his attorney advised him not to pay our Deductible. What a dishonest person !!! DO NOT trust Jeff Couch RV for anything !!!!! Jeff Couch is a real blow heart! As I know read we aren't the only ones. SAD isn't. Also they didn't PDI this unit at all.

  Dont fill out ANY of the application form or they will put a HARD INQUIRY ON YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!! AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY CALLED ME AND CONFIRMED WE WOULD PAY CASH *** THEY STILL RAN MY MY CREDIT!! WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY!!

  Ordered a 2023 30RDBL with a second AC.Was told that the factory would have to do that. I thought that it would be ducted like the one that came with it. It ended being a drop in over a bunk ( so much for using the top bunk).It runs maybe 15 seconds before it trips a circuit breaker.The circuit breaker is in the fuse box under the refrigerator.It was not clean flooring is filthy. You dont pay for dealer prep. TV that comes with the camper was not mounted. Was told the factory does not mount them. Now I realize why you dont pay for dealer prep.The wall came loose at the seam the tape for the seam is keep it together. Was told the only thing you have to do to get back up camera was scan the ** code. Have a monitor on order to see if its me or camera. They taken away my dream and replaced it with a nightmare.

  Bought a used 2022 Wildwood 28vbxl from them in November of 2022. Have had nothing but issues with the unit. Was not winterized like they said, the a/c unit was loose and had moved and leaked, the slide out seals leaked and had water running into bunk area, the slide out drive system gave up and broke, just a few issues. We have since dropped about $3k in fixing the slideout issues ( complete drive system and seals). Now have found that they lied about the a/c size in the sales listing. Wish I would not have bought thru them. Just a run around because it is "used". Big time false advertisement. Still have all the texts and emails.

  I lost over 1000.00 dollars in less than 48 hours with these people all the sales manager kept saying you signed the agreement i did sign it however i did not read the fine print close enough read the reviews before you buy here. I am a veteran and a senior citizen never been treated like this.

  Great place to go look at RVs. Non pushy sales staff and they have hundreds of RVs to go through!
