    Oh where to begin ! We bought a 2023 Cardinal lx 390 fbx plan to live in our walk thru was just ok they have you do a 5 star review for a free bottle of black tank deodorizer ! Well we drove home to Nebraska all excited and upon opening Rv could not get hot water to work all 110 electrical went out not to mention all the little things shade to short for window , shower door handles missing or broke , wrinkled awning and pulling away from track on outside of slide out , tried to call took 2 days to reach anyone and he referred us on to a nofor service deptment left message no return call ! It is now at a shop in Omaha ne being fixed and we are stuck here waiting paying a lot of money each night ! Sad sad !!!! So we will never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Shame on you !!

    Avoid Jeff Couch RV!!! If this place has the last RV to be found, do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their warranties, they will lie, avoid phone calls, and curse you, and tell you it’s your fault for purchasing from them. But the sales team are all too happy to take your money.

    Received an email from Brannon O*********** which was incredibly rude. He had emailed me, as we had previously inquired about pricing of an rv (we were comparing the cost with another dealer and you had to put your email in to get a quote) asking if we had questions.
    I replied back advising we had went through someone else and explained why, as we had bad customer service at Couch’s when it was time to use the warranty. (We bought a camper previously and everything was great, until it was time to use the warranty). I thanked him and then his response was so rude. He definitely needs customer service training.

    They are supposed to do a demo with the customer when the camper is picked up to show that everything is working. They only opened the refrigerator door for a second and then closed it. We drove 8 hours to pick up the camper and got about 3 hours down the rode to camp on the way home. Bought groceries and the refrigerator did not work and our first stop. I called and was told “to be fair” because it must have worked for them and a wire could have come loose and she basically tried to make it sound like that’s normal and expected for a refrigerator to just stop working and wires to come loose. Ummm….excuse me but I don’t think it’s acceptable for a refrigerator to stop working 3 hours after purchasing it. We had our previous camper for 6 years and wires never came loose. Then we were told that one we got home we’d have to take it 60 miles away to get it repaired. The sales guys was nice and responsive, but he is a sales guy, so if course he was. The warranty department was rude and unhelpful. I won’t ever purchase from them again. We will buy local and pay more for better customer service.

    Absolute Sketch. This place promises Private Jet when you end up feeling like you're sitting in the back of the plane by the clogged up bathrooms. I should have read the BBB reviews first! The contract I signed and the deposit I paid ONLY protected their sale! I read the entire contract. I didn't see any "fine print" so I thought I would be ok. I work in the business world and I understand contracts! Never did I realize the sideways wording in the deposit portion of their clause would ruin me. It states "in the event of a manufacturer price increase that does not exempt the unit" you can cancel your order or pay the difference. Little did I know the "manufacturer" would increase their price nearly $2,000! After waiting on this camper for nearly FOUR months I was told I could have a refund of my deposit because they would have no problem selling the camper to someone else. I was also told they were holding my camper for 3 days (ended up being 2 weeks!) so they could "thoroughly clean it and make sure everything was working appropriately". When I finally received it there was construction dust all over the floors and particle wood pieces anywhere they installed cabinets. The website also states the package included an upgraded mattress. I emailed our rep about the standard thin blue piece of junk that came, he said that was the only mattress ******* River makes. In order to actually get my camper I had to pay ANOTHER deliver fee - which I asked if we could just come pick it up and i was told we would have to SCHEDULE a pick up - and THAT wouldn't be available for ANOTHER 2 weeks. THEN delivery guy asked for a TIP!! THREE TIMES!!This is the worst cloak and dagger scheme I've ever seen. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

    Stay away if you want a good experience. After they got my check that was the end of being able to contact them. They were mad that I made them fix things I could find during the joke of a walk thru. The three days they said they needed for proper RV prep was a joke they did nothing. It was delivered to me the way they received it from ***** Creek. They never would return a call or email Which I learned later was a general standard practice. Their sales people are really nice until you sign the check and then they disappear And are gone forever so I dont think theyre going help you.I spent the whole day trying to get my RV fixed and they spent billable hours to ***** Creek and said that my trailer was fixed but it wasnt. They were doing anything just to get me out of their building including Kicking me out at the end of the day because my RV was not allowed to be there and they were going home. They put me way behind schedule and knew I couldnt stay around for them to fix my RV correctly so they took advantage of that.I could go on and on and on and on about the terrible experience but just be forewarned dont go to Couches unless being miss treated is the way you like to be treated
