      I had an issue with water coming into my home on the right side of my basement in June 2018. I spoke with *** Sales Rep at my home regarding this issue and was advised the problem could be resolved but it would require removing wall paneling and the restoration of said paneling would be my responsibility so I declined the offer. The Sales Rep then advised that he had another option, a system that could be installed on the opposite side of the basement that would solve my water issues because the system would be installed so low that it would cause any and all water to roll to the lowest point. I agreed and contracted to have the work done.I now have water coming into my basement on the right side again and was advised by **************** that my current water issue is not a part of the work that was completed.The initial water issue that *** advised they could solve was NEVER on the side that the work was completed on. The water was always on the right side of the basement and is currently on the right side of the basement. The Sales Rep assured me that installing this system on the opposite side of the room would resolve all of my water issues because of how low they dig to install the system and now that I am having issues *** does not want to assist me.

      To whom it may concern , in our 28 years of waterproofing service, we have never and would never advise a customer that ********************** one side of the house that was not leaking would fix the opposite side of the basement that was leaking. Makes no sense. If *************** wants the other side done we will gladly contract that work for her at a fair price.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I was CERTAINLY advised by putting the system in on the opposite side of the basement would resolve the issue because of how far down the system was being installed it would result is all water going to the lowest point.
