1 starThis company is a joke. ***** is a snake oil salesman who pressured us into a $10k job. He came out and misdiagnosed the problem resulting in him switch the plans several times. When it came time to get the work done, my brother and I had to finish the job. If your job is to take water from the foundation how is exterior work not included in the quote. Furthermore, ***** has ZERO man management and LIMITED knowledge of his field. His crews have no idea what they're doing, and his front office is a joke. I had to explain to them that they do indeed make male pipe fittings despite ***** and his associates persistence that they don't. If it's a choice of having water in your house or working with these jokers l'd recommend just letting the house fill with water. Pathetic, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money. ***** **** was very responsive to the water intrusion situation in our basement. The source/cause of the water intrusion was not obvious and ***** went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. He designed a comprehensive plan to remedy the problem and was able to have the work completed quickly. Not only was the quality of the work fantastic, but all of the workers he brought into our home were great. Our basement is dry and we have every confidence it will stay that way! His attention to our needs was exceptional - he is an expert in his field. We would highly recommend ***** and USA Waterproofing!!!!

I first used USA Waterproofing in **************************************** my house. We lived in the house until 2023 and never had a problem. After about 7 years a check valve failed and I called them and they came out and replaced it at no charge even though it was out of warrantee. Fast forward to now. My son's house had a horrendous flooding problem with approximately 2 inches of water coming in every day. After having USA come out and look at it, they gave us a fair price but unfortunately couldn't get to the job until January 2025. After discussing with their installation manager, three of the crew came out two days later ON A SATURDAY and put in part of the system. They worked for 9 hours and waterproofed the worst part of the basement and put in a deep crock and sump pump. It is working great so far. I cannot say enough good about this company which is locally owned and operated. Looking forward to them finishing the job in January but for now we are no longer in "crisis mode".USA Waterproofing, Inc.

5 starsRecently had basement waterproofing done by USA WATERPROOFING in *********, ****. We are completely satisfied with the outcome. Now we have a dry room we can use for family room, bedroom etc. The worker were very professional, polite, sealed the room to keep dust from rest of house, did a terrific job of cleaning up. Couldn't ask for better service . Most of all we now have a dry room we can use. I'm assuming but it should add to value of our home. We recommend USA WATERPROOFING completely.
