    The owner of let's get moving has had my belongings since may. I was told after calling multiple times u would get my things at a designated time and date. When I was unavailable today he called six times. When I returned the call I was told I was a whole and should go fuck myself in the ass for telling him it was bullshit that he will no longer give me my items on the designated day. And it was my fault for not answering my phone...a day before expected delivery. The owner is a complete asshole. He is holding my dead father's belongings hostage.

    Hello BBB,

    This has been a distorted  and false statement. We picked up this shipment from an auction place sometime in end of may and it was suppose to be delivered within Greater Cleveland area. When we picked up she asked me if that canbe delivered to Dayton - OH

    I told her that we work nationwide and when our truck is going that way (Columbus area) we will send your goods and it would be cost effective to you as well. It might take upto a month. She agreed to it and we gave a very reasonable price to her of  $650

    About a week ago I called her and we agreed to deliver her stuff on Sunday 07/09 between 1.00 - 3.00 PM

    Our truck was going there on Saturday 07/08 as well so I called her and left message that if we can deliver today Saturday 07/08 but she was busy and didn’t replied 

    She responded  later and told me that she was busy and that was totally fine. I Tried to explain her that our truck was going that way today and I was calling you to see if you could take the delivery today. I didn’t even finish the conversation and she assumed that I was not going to deliver tomorrow. She started yelling at me and was very abusive (You can easily see her tone in the complaint she sent).

    After all the yelling I told her this is very disrectful and unacceptable. If you want we can refund your deposit and we won’t charge you anything for storage as well. You can have this picked up by any other company.

    At this point we realized that even if we make delivery she is not going to pay us. Therefore we called her and told her that only way this is going to get delivered is if you pay us in advance and that’s when I sent her those text message which is attached with this conversation.

    We gave her option of either pay us in advance or have it picked up by any other company. We even offered her that in case you opt to go for other company we will refund your $150 deposit and we won’t charge her for any storage as well.

    She paid us in advance and we are already on our way to deliver her stuff today 07/08 around 9.00 PM

    We can even send you pictures of items once delivered.
