  Perhaps the worst experience with a moving company. ******************************* (sales rep) booked a commercial move, confirmed, and took deposit. The day of the move, after no one had showed up at the given time window, I called and no straight response. I must've spoken to 8 different people until the last one finally told me it couldn't be done. Of course at this point we had already missed the deadline. All I have to say is that Letz Get Moving is not reliable and rather incompetent.

  This was a commercial move and it was booked by mistake. We ae strictly Household movers and are not allowed to do commercial move. We conveyed this to the concerned people and refunded their deposit. It would have been illegal for us to carry out that move

  I can even send you screenshot of text messages and you can easily see who was hostile in the tone and who was handling the situation in a professional manner.

  
  

  She is saying we stole the items and the chair that was on the inventory lists is not delivered. I told her that whatever auction place gave us, we delivered. That inventory lists is not correct because as per inventory lists, we have delivered way more items. Toaster, Wedding Dresses, Standing Mirror, Writing Bureau were not on inventory, still were delivered. Although we delivered more items, we still did not charged her more.

  Short Story: Great company Long Story: We decided to finally empty our storage unit out and move the items to the home we purchased a few years ago. I called for a quote and the young lady who I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful and got me a quote immediately - then I asked if there was any way that they could also dispose of some items we didn't want to bring to the home. She said she was unsure but would find out. Within one day, she called me back and informed me that for a small additional fee, those items could be brought to a local recycling center after the move. The fee was reasonable so we accepted. The day of the move was tentatively scheduled and we were informed we could cancel or reschedule and not lose our deposit as long as we did it more than 7 days before the move date. Luckily we didn't need to, but it's a good policy. On move day, the crew showed up at exactly the time agreed to (to the minute) and loaded up everything safely and with care before moving it to my home. Everything was unloaded and put exactly where we wanted it and the remainder that we didn't want was hauled off. The guys who came out were very kind and helpful. I absolutely loved the experience and will use them again if I have another big move I need help with.

  DID NOT SHOW UP. If I could leave ZERO STARS then I would.I signed up for one of those moving website aggregator things that lets companies know that I'm looking for a service to help me move, and the first ones to call were Letz Get Moving. I had a nice chat on the phone with what sounded like a very stoned associate who could not figure out how to charge the deposit to my card. Good thing too! These guys never showed up!!Do NOT count on them for your move, they won't even pick up the phone when their movers fail to show up the day of the move!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LETZ GET MOVING!

  I would gladly recommend Letz Get Moving to anyone and heres the reason. I recently moved from *********** to **************** in ******** and these guys were not only on time but they were professional courteous considerate and listened to my questions and my concerns. They genuinely cared about what I said and wanted and know the way they handled my furniture. It was a good size job and they handled everything efficiently and with the same care from start to finish. I would recommend Team Leader ****** and his team - ***, ************* for any move at any time. Letz Get Moving was great and the job was beyond expectation.
