From start to finish (almost finishjust a door handle to go), the experience with Patio Enclosures has been great! They came out promptly to assess the project, immediately came up with figures, got materials quickly, and scheduled the building as soon as possible. *********** answered all questions about the project, during the project, quickly and kept the whole project moving. **** and his team did a great job! One of the worse experiences I've had with a business. We signed a contract for an Enclosure in Dec 2024, we were told the install would happen in Feb2025. The instill team came out with the wrong glass but installed it anyone and one large piece of glass was missing so they installed a big piece of plastic which allows water to leak into the Sunroom. Then we were told the new glass would be installed Apr 2025 and we received a call saying they would arrive on the 3rd around 10am. No one showed up and every number I would call for customer service goes straight to voicemail and no one returns your call for days. I don't understand how they charge so much money but do mediocre work with terrible customer service. If you're looking at getting a Sunroom or windows, please do not use this business, it's not worth the headache.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. You're absolutely right to expect better communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, we did not notify you when the replacement glass failed to arrive as scheduled last week, and that was a miss on our part. We now expect the remaining glass to be in our warehouse this week, and we'll reach out to schedule installation. We've also addressed this internally with management and will be working closely with our new operations administrator to ensure issues like this are caught and communicated moving forward. My experience with patio Enclosure has been the worst experience i had with a business. We payed for them to come close our nation since October of 2024 now we on April 2025 we still haven't get anything done. Communication is ****, very unprofessional. Got a design and a quote from Patio Enclosures *************** of Great Day). They required a down payment of 1/3 total cost. After three weeks, Patio Enclosures informed me that they could not build as designed and offered an alternate design for our enclosure. We do not care for the redesign and cancelled our order. Patio Enclosures has not refunded all of our deposit and says they are not going to, because of the three-day buyers remorse clause in the contract. However, we ace cancelling because of the design change suggested by their company, not by some action on our part, a change they did not tell us about until three weeks after their original design. I have repeatedly asked for the total amount to be refunded and Patio Enclosures, including their Regional Operations Manager, has refused to refund the total amount for the initial down payment.Great Day Improvements, LLC

While we regret that the original design could not be built as initially planned, we did offer a modified solution to move forward. When that option was declined, we informed you that canceling at that stage would result in a partial retention of the deposit, as outlined in the contract. We have reviewed this matter thoroughly, and both our team and ******** have determined that we acted in accordance with the agreed terms. Once again: ************ told me TEN DAYS after the original contract (which I agreed to), that the enclosure could not be built the way it was designed. I never agreed to nor signed off on the change they proposed, as it was not acceptable to us. So yes, the original contract gives three days for "buyers remorse" (which is the law), but the company waited TEN days before notifying me. And still they are refusing to refund $1850 of my original down payment (made by ********* financing.) Seems rather unscrupulous to me to wait until after the three days has passed, then notify me that they cannot build as proposed and would be keeping some of the down payment for "their" troubles.Review fromCarl S

Truly awesome people and company. After the installation, we realized they had accidentally cut the power cable to the awning. They promptly found and hired a certified electrician to return and correct the issue. The electrician they picked was prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job. My sister recommended Patio Enclosures after having a three-season enclosure installed at her house about five years ago. Her enclosure still looks perfectly brand new.From start to finish, we found the process to be smooth and easy. We had an enclosure designed to essentially added another room to our house. The timeframe from design to installation was quick; about five weeks. The actual installation was also quick. The installer (****** *****) was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. The install was smooth; everything fit just perfectly. ****** and his team did a great job.The follow-up was top notch. ***** *. was our representative and he knocked it out of the park. ***** made sure we knew every detail about our enclosure. ***** was meticulous; he found a few minor defects we did not notice. ***** made sure the touch-*** were barely visible. About a week after our installation, I damaged one of the screens. ***** was very responsive and helped us with the repairs. Since we have cats that are escaped artists with talent for destroying screens, ***** helped us upgrade to their pet resistance screens. ***** provided truly top notch service. We would absolutely recommend Patio Enclosure.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We recently had a visit from Padio Enclosures **** ******* to discuss options on installation of a screen room on our existing covered padio. **** was professional and knowledgeable about his products. He gave us several suggestions and options offered by his company. The meeting lasted for about 2.5 hours and finished up with some outrageous prices. He quoted basically 3 options. Option 1 was the high end build with the best windows etc. it came in at over $70k. Option 2 with standard windows came in around over 50k. Option 3 was just a simple screen room and it came in around 40k. After much manipulation of numbers from **** all these prices reduced by at least 25%. I guess the idea is to shock the customer with some over inflated price and then reduce the price to make them feel that you need to act right now to receive it. The presentation was great and the products were upper scale but the prices are ridiculous. Our padio area is basically complete but to enhance the area a simple screen room would make it better. At the sq footage cost quoted during our meeting my existing house would have been twice as much as I paid. Again were talking about a simple screen room not a entire room addition. Our plan didnt include any extras for electrical, hvac or flooring! At these prices I could probably have a contractor stick build an entire room addition in that area. *** and ****** ****Great Day Improvements, LLC
