      Design: the consultant took all the necessary time to walk me through the options both for new windows and payment. There was one later detail with the window handles but overall, this part of the project was very good. Installation: The project was scheduled for September, but they were able to do it in July. They kept me informed and it went very well. the team was polite, worked well and left the area clean. The screen door did not have a handle, but I called the manager, and they came by and installed it later. Overall, the process was very good. Project manager/communication: it was quite good. We area all busy but he took the time to respond to my questions and kept me informed.

      We had glass replaced on two windows that were installed in ****. We had a very positive experience from the initial contact with ***** to the completion with technicians **** and *****. The technicians were prompt and very professional. The quality of their work was extremely satisfactory. They cleaned the replacement glass on the windows and left the areas where they were working very clean. Before leaving, **** and ***** made sure all of our issues had been satisfied.

      The patio enclosure product is good, the process and customer service is horrifying. We had to put a hold on payments due to project management incompetence. Providing final payment involved some administrative and bureaucratic challenges, as an added gift some random administrator named ***** started sending threatening emails based on totally inaccurate information.

Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages, as well as exponential growth within our company. Many of these things have led to delays, staffing changes, and longer wait times.       Purchased my Stanek windows about 7-8 years ago, love the windows. One of my casement windows handles needed to be replaced. Couldn't find it anywhere on the web so I e-mailed Great Day for help. Got a response within an hour from *********************. After sending her pics of the color and style of the handle, she was able to order a replacement. She indicated it would be a couple of weeks and she would mail it to me. Almost two weeks to the day it arrived in the mail, a perfect match and color. So glad we went with Great Day, just proves that there is still outstanding customer service out there.       Horrible Horrible experience with the ********* office. It was a nightmare from the very beginning to the end. Took 1.5 years to build a 17-ft wall of glass and one glass sliding door. Calls would not be returned. Had to call corporate offices many times to get them to call the ********* office and tell them to call me. After more than a month of calls not being returned, I was having a severe anxiety attack thinking I had been conned and would lose my $15,000 deposit. After they finally started the project, 5 months past the contract start date, they would repeatedly work one or two days and then disappear for weeks until I would gruelingly have to track someone down to get an update concerning when the crew was coming back. Construction was horrible. Some electrical outlets and outside light were not installed in the walls but mounted on the walls instead and looks horrible. Could see sunlight coming in thru the cracks in a newly finished wall. Immediately had 5+ leaks with new construction. The quality looks like a shed instead of a beautiful addition to my home. The corporate office knew I was having issues with my project and never called to follow up nor sent anyone from upper management to view the work. There were many other things that went wrong.

      5 STARS to Great Day Home Improvements the company that I used to transform my deck into a patio room. I am very excited, happy, and 100% satisfied with the outstanding room that was built. I sincerely thank the managers working behind the scenes to make this project possible and successful. The Design Consultant, *****************; the Installation Supervisor, *******************************; the Operations Administrator, *********************; the permit coordinator, *********************; Regional Operational Manager, *************************; and ***************************** County Inspectors. Thank you, management team for keeping me informed with updates throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the main builders (***************, ****, and *****) and the electrician, ****! They worked diligently to ensure the room was installed with the highest level of quality from start to finish! I especially want to Thank *************** whos work ethnic stood out not only to me but to my neighbors who noticed that he worked a few days alone as the room was being built and he also worked alone all day in the blazing hot sun to completed the final touches! I am also happy that the builders protected my irrigation system and grass as much as possible! I highly recommend this company! Thank you for your outstanding service!
