      Extremely racist and rude employees just for having a different accent, I told the cashier that she should be nicer and she told me to have a good night b****

      Wow what unprofessional and extremely rude customer service. not only was did they call the police but had me and my cousin trespassed for what reason I have no idea but I recorded the entire interaction and of course they were the aggressors and denied me service based on what I dont know because this location is open 24 hours through dining and drive thru but I was completely embarrassed and scared for my freedom. atleast 10 patrol vehicles in-between sheriff and police officers. I recorder the event from before I walked in and of course it escalated to one of the employees threatening me with having calling her brother to come handle me mind you the employee by the name of ********* was being obnoxious and saying that i was crying over a five dollar ******** meal before she decided to call the police....

      I didn't want to give them this fr.... But **** and ****** were very nice, but the employee/MGMT ***** ********, and company at steubenville McDonald's is rude unprofessional and should be fired , I got threatened by the employee there over e refund , because they messed up, I asked for a refund but they didn't even care about nothing act like I made the mistake..... don't recommend this place .go to Wendy's or Taco Bell , don't waste your time or money...if you gotta go to McDonald's I suggest going to the one I. Wintersville oh about 10 minutes away... Like night and day there , the manager ****** should be in charge of everything her and **** are on it...

      I met my teenage daughters at McDonalds for my daughters birthday. We placed our order at the kiosk and my daughters went to wait at the counter. The manager on shift looked at them several times but did not address them. After 15 minutes he yelled kiosk orders only. My daughter asked a question and he said are you slow, do you know what kiosk only means. I walked towards my daughters and politely asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. I then asked for his name and he turned and walked into the kitchen. I have not went to this McDonalds in months because the last time I was there I was charged three times for one order through the app and rudely told there was nothing they could do about it. The time before that I waited 37 minutes for my food and was treated rudely. I have left voicemails for the complaint number but do not get a return response. This restaurant gives the worst service, the worst food, and seems to not care. We left without our food, my daughter was very upset over how the manager spoke to her. This is not acceptable but especially on her birthday. I do frequently go to the McDonalds on ************ in ******* and they give the best service and amazing food. But the McDonalds on ***************** is by far the worst restaurant in ******* and I will not be returning there again. I feel it should be closed as they have chosen to employ managers that speak in a disrespectful manner to minors.

      Owner ***************** and management is blaming the upside down flag on a 16 year old employee. Im surprised he didnt blame his wife. Unacceptable, he needs to account for why he thinks McDonalds is in crisis in the ***.

      I always wash my hands when I sit down to eat. When I went to the bathroom in *******, **********, I found myself cleaning up. Paper towels were in the sink. Toilet paper was on the floor. I cleaned out the sink for you guys. That will be 17 dollars. I am not an employee. However, I had to clean your sink and floor to use the bathroom.******************** *******

      What do I think? I would like to make reservations for the next millennium for some milk shakes. Mcdonalds in Hood River Oregon can Advertise selling Shamrock shakes but do not sell any milk shakes. Huh? I had this issue last year also during the summer at the exact same location. They sell ice cream cones and than sell like freezer drinks but no milk shakes...still...almost a year later. Dairy Queen in Hood River Oregon is getting a lot more business now because of this mcdonalds failure again or just refuse to fix the issue.

      I ate at the McDonald's in ********* on Monday and got the worst case of food poising I've ever had in my entire life!! I would not recommend going there to anyone! The big mac was cold enough that the cheese wasn't even melted. I never thought it would make me as sick as it did but it cost me a trip to the *** Don't go there!

      False Advertising. I went through the drive through and they had a sign for a filet o fish meal: 2 sandwiches, 1 fries and one drink for $10.29. It even popped up on their computer screen as she rang it up but when I got to the window to pay they wanted almost $13! I said that wasnt the price and I reminded them of their sign and I was told regardless of what sign they had out there they didnt have that special! I told them that was false advertising and I did not want it as I wont support that!!!
