      Date of transaction is 6/18/2025. This complaint is against the McDonald’s located at **** * ********** ****** in Columbus, Ohio. I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese combo meal which should’ve been included with a Small Coke and a Hashbrown. I didn’t receive my hash brown that I paid for. I also was unable to eat most of my bagel sandwich because the steak was primarily gristle. Also, the Coke that I ordered was completely flat. To sum things up, I wasn’t able to enjoy any of my meal and half of it was missing. I informed UberEats of this error, and they refused to provide me with a partial refund. All I want is my money back.

      Im 8 months pregnant I did a delivery order for specific items that I did not receive and I called and emailed about it and did not get the resolution on this situation Im missing mcchicken medium fry and chicken strips I just want my money back before taking it to a higher court about this situation

      I ordered on your app, and the app told me my order was canceled and I needed to reorder. So i did. Not only was my order NOT canceled, but I have been charged for both. I have called Uber multiple times and your company multiple times and nobody has helped me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

      I use my reward points to purchase a cheeseburger at a McDonald. I ordered to pick up in the McDonalds in the app. The doors were lock at the McDonalds so I could not enter. I went around to the drive through and a worker reported they were not serving food do to a weather warning. I did not get my cheeseburger and did not get my points refunded or the reward placed back on my app. I've spend so much time going is circles with no resolution with McDonalds. I have attached our email correspondence to show me getting the same generic loop of questions and responses. I had to submit 3 tickets before I even got any type of responds. The app customer service is so horrible. This is really a minor thing, but I am sickened by the poor customer care and run around that would have been a simple fix.

      I placed an order on the McDonalds app for *********** It was not delivered. The photo provided by the driver is not my door. I spoke to a man with "DoorDash McDonald's delivery support" and was told the order was refunded. Then he said he got an error and the system didn't process it and told me to call back later. I've called back "later" 3 more times and still do not have my refund. I have a recording of the conversation with the man who said he tried to refund it but the system had an error. It should not be this difficult to get a refund for food not delivered, especially when they contacted the driver and he couldn't confirm if he dropped off the food at the correct location or where it was delivered to.Order number: QF157814 $19.30 is the amount to be refunded

      On Sunday september 15th, I placed an online order at 10:25am, then pressed i am here button at 10:50….when i got there mcdonald’s claimed they didn’t get my order and refused to give me a refund even though the app charged me. It was a lie because they recognized my order # at first then said oohhh (as if they forgot) then just claimed they never got it because they refused to make it as breakfast was ending. When i asked for a refund, they refused. The app already charged me and the store won’t refund me.

      The McDonald's app will not accept most of my debit or credit cards as payment. It won't even allow me to add the cards to my profile. They keep trying to pass the blame off to my banks when it is more likely a technical issue on their end. This has been going on for quite a few years and that tells me they are not even trying to resolve the issue. The usual fixes that they continue to suggest are just not working. It must be a glitch in their system which is preventing the addition of my cards. But thus far they have ignored my request to look into it.

      I am sorry for the issues you are having.  We own locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  I know this issue isn't store specific but I have never came across this issue with anyone else.  The app is ran by McDonald's corporation..  I can only advise to go in your app and go to more at the bottom right, hit profile, and then payment methods to see if you can save it there.  If you have apple pay or google pay set up on your phone that should show there and always be an option when checking out.  You can add other forms of payment under this section also.

      I had ordered food and the order that I had placed had been wrong and I went and told them about how my order wasn't what I had placed it was completely wrong and the people working was so rude refused to even hear what I was saying told me there's nothing they can do and also after that I went to use the restroom and the employee came in bathroom and told me I had to leave and accused me of being a crack head

      McDonald’s has a promo. Will you do a survey in the 30 days? You can buy one and get it free sandwich at the same value. When I did the survey he was for 20 **** *** ***** **** ******* on the receipt, but I decided to walk into **** ************ ***. McDonald’s and they refuse service and this is the second time, I should be able to take this receipt to Mcdonald United States and be able to let me redeem my promo. This was second time I was refused by Nayeli who is the worker at ****** ************ ***. and I told her the second time are you sure you want to refuse service? She said yes, she was told by Hilda the manager , the receipt has to have the same address in order for me to retrieve the promo. This is definitely not true employees that work at McDonald’s on the other location at **** ** ***** ***., the franchisee ******** should retrain his employees so this does not happen to other other customers
