    I have been trying to get this landscaping company to fix my problem of four dead arborvitae trees that were planted to shallow and they died. This has been since August of last year. When we got our first quote, they came out, planted them, and they started dying in the fall. Addressed that in April talked to ****** said they would be out the first two weeks of May to fix the problem never showed up after that. It was a bunch of no calls back. No text messages never showed up when they were supposed to. I sent them a certified letter on July 7 no response to that either we would like to be paid for our dead trees that I pulled out and replanted myself will never ever deal with this company again and I am hoping whoever reads this will do the same. This is not a way to do business

    Do not use AMS Landscaping! I hired them to landscape my yard, and after almost 2 years and many broken promises and unanswered text messages, emails, and phone calls to fix and replace all the dead (12) Giant Arborvitae and fix the beds that were way too high off the ground, they still have not. Recently, I also found that the beds he put in and planted the Giant Arborvitae and a few Blue Spruces (Which are also dying) were sand instead of soil. ****** agrees that it is their fault, but refuses to answer or fulfill his promise or refund my money.
