      In early December 2023 Logan came out to service furnace for winter as they have been for probably over 10-12 years. At that time another maintenance plan was purchased for the next year. $225.00. In late December while balancing my checkbook I noticed the check had not cleared my bank. I called Logan and they said they had their money and they were satisfied. I called my bank and was told the check never cleared their system. I called Logan again and again was told THEY HAD THEIR MONEY, and that's all they were concerned about. It seems to me THEIR BANK screwed up somewhere and took $225.00 out of someone else's account by mistake and put it in Logan's account. What's disturbing is the fact they act like it's no big deal as long as the money showed up in THEIR ACCOUNT. Is this anyway to run a business?? I guess it shouldn't surprise me since over the past few years their overall service has declined. Right before Christmas 2022 when we had the cold and ice spell my furnace starting acting up. . I was told it would take 3,weeks for the replacement part. After getting online a UPS truck dropped off the part the day before Christmas. 3 weeks for part? Have heard other similar stories., and yet they talk about fully stocked service trucks. I feel sorry for whoever had $225.00 taken from their account.

      Logan Services put a new furnace and ac in our home. They failed to pull a permit prior to starting work. Permit was applied for months after the work was completed.
      Their installer also damaged our new ac unit by burning it and then covered the damage up with stickers and magnets.

      We purchased an air conditioning unit and heating unit, 8 yrs ago.
      We have been diligent in having the unit's service every six months.
      Approximately 2 months after our last service, it stopped working.
      We had a technician come out and they stated the fan was bad. But it would be covered under warranty But the service call And installation of the fan would cost us almost $500.
      They also stated it would take over a month to get the fan in. Now keep in mind. The weather has been incredibly humid. And in the upper eighties and low nineties.
      I called Several times asking why they didn't have the part on hand considering they are the ones that install the units and they are an air conditioning business.
      The only answer I got was, The part comes from the distributor and that's how long it takes.
      So not only did I have to put several members of my household in a hotel. But we purchased over $1500. Window air conditioning units to try and get the household to a manageable 73°.
      After my fourth phone call to them, The representative said They would send over a window air conditioning unit to try and help out, but when did it Arrived it was so old that it didn't even come Close to cooling any room in our household.
      The representatives were professional and I understand there's not much they can do but I will never buy from logan air conditioning again especially Since they have a parts department but apparently no parts available which is ridiculous.
      I will go to another company the next time.
      DO BETTER LOGAN.. YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER

      We used Logan’s ac and heat services to replace a 24 year old Trane heat pump and air handler. Brandon W. was our salesman and was awesome! Very informative without being pushy (everyone hates a pushy salesman) .
      We purchased a new Trane high efficiency system and Travis, Tyler and Wade came out to install it within a day. This group of young men were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and did great work! They had my new system up and running the same day! When they were finished they ran me through how the new system worked, cleaned up after themselves and made me one extremely happy customer! Thank you Logan’s for doing such a great job!

      Had a bad experience with Logan services. They installed a new but defective Train unit which had to be replaced a few days after installation. They installed the new unit incorrectly and wouldn’t fix it within the warranty period. I had to have a competitor come to our home to address their mistakes. I have documentation that Logan services installed the unit incorrectly. They never made it right.

      Had a bad experience with logan service call. Not complaining about service call chg ($109.00). The repair chg was out of line. My outside unit of my heat pump would not run. The service man found the problem in minutes, said i needed a new capacitor. He replaced it in just a few minutes. Told me the charge for the capacitor was $180.00. I could not believe it. Total bill was $289.00. I wanted to keep the capacitor but he would not let me have it. I did get to take some pictures of the capacitor. After he left i looked it up on the internet and found the price of the capacitor was $15.00. I think it is terrible that companies are allowed to rip off customers like that.
      Logan has made there last trip to my house.

      Thank you for your feedback on your latest experience with Logan Services. We wanted to look further into what transpired during your appointment with our technician this past Monday, June 5th. After diagnosing your system as having a bad capacitor, our technician did present the pricing to you to replace the part, which appears the repair quote was approved. The dual run capacitor part itself is covered under your Trane parts warranty; the charge of $180 for the repair includes a 30 day labor warranty on the repair, time for the technician to complete the repair, and time for the technician to test the system afterwards to ensure the repair was successful. We are required to return any parts we replace from a heating and cooling system manufactured by Trane, which is why we were unable to leave the part with you after the repair was complete.
      We never like to hear when one of our customer’s makes the decision to use a different service provider for their HVAC equipment. We are still committed to providing quality service to those that utilize us for their heating and cooling needs, such as yourself. If you do choose to seek out another service provider, we hope they are able to take care of all of your heating and cooling needs as we have always done. However, if at any time you do need us for any services on your system, please give our office a call and we are more than happy to schedule for our technician to come out to your home. Thank you.

      Absolute rip off joint. My daughter called them and they quoted 13,000 dollars to replace her compressor. I immediately had her call around and she got a quote less and 10,000 thousand dollars less. Much less, she called her home warrantee company and they told her the same thing. I would not use a company who preys on first time home owners.

      Our first contact with Logan Services was at the Home & Garden Show in Columbus, Saturday February 25th, 2023. We were greeted by Jeff, the salesman, who was very informative. We waited until Monday to contact him to consult & size our heat pump & furnace. After meeting with the salesman on the 1st, we decided to accept his proposal. He then set it up, right away, to have the system installed on Thursday, the 2nd of March. Everything was in stock.
      Doug & Dallas arrived about 10 on the 2nd and we went over everything and they felt very confident that this system would have no problems to install. We left them to do their installation for a couple of hours, as we had a luncheon engagement. When we returned at 1 the two units were already set in place and continued hooking everything up for a couple of hours until they began testing the system. Doug & Dallas stayed until everything was checked out and we understood how the system works.
      We give the salesman and the installers a 5*. Their honestly and work ethics were 5*.

      GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE SPENDING $$$$$.
      At a seasonal tune-up a Logan tech diagnosed my furnace with 1) a cracked heat exchanger and 2) combustion readings that were very near the limit of what is safe. He explained that the crack would allow carbon monoxide to enter the home and HIGHLY recommended spending $12k+ on a new HVAC system... I got a second opinion; the tech was unable to find either of the issues the Logan tech found. Not wanting to risk that the second opinion was wrong and filling my home w/ carbon monoxide, I then hired someone to provide a THIRD OPINION, who affirmed that there was NO CRACK in the heat exchanger and that combustion levels were NORMAL. Can't help but think I was targeted with scare tactics in an attempt to defraud me by selling me a system I did not need. But, it is possible there was an honest error, or malfunctioning test equipment as well. Either way, I'm glad to have taken the time to get additional opinions. Even if it's cold - take your time and get another opinion.

We had our field supervisor review your account, as well as the details from that appointment and pictures. Our field supervisor did notice an area of concern on your heat exchanger that was documented.
