Logan Services was excellent service from beginning to end. Every single communication was clear & concise. But even more important was the honest information & sound advise. We thank Tyler, Jordan, and the entire team who helped us. Went from oil to electric and even one day in I'm grateful for the even temperature. Thank you for striving for excellence and hitting the mark!

My installers were very friendly and explained very thoroughly
how my new furnace and air conditioner worked. They worked very hard and did a great job. Kyle made sure everything was cleaned up and
that I knew what to do to maintain

Logan Heating and Cooling is at the head of the class. From Savannah the receptionist/scheduler to Brian the salesman to the installers/techs Austin and Trenniel it was a wonderful experience! I have been using Logan for semiannual maintenance for several years. The time finally arrived where the whole ac/heating system needed replacement. The installation was completed in one day. The crew sent was very courteous, cleaned up so that you didn’t know they had been here and answered all questions as well as explaining the process from start to finish.
All of the time I have used Logan their technicians have been courteous, helpful and timely in completing their jobs. I highly recommend Logan for any or all of your ac/heating needs.Logan AC & Heat Services

I called Logan to check my AC can not get humity below 70%. They checked furnace humidifier?
they did not check AC condition at all. Charged me 109 Dollars and did nothing.. Called them back because i have the same problem. The lady on the phone has no idea how a AC works Was willing to send a tech but i would have to pay the service fee( 109) again. She adviced me if i had signed a service contract they would have checked the AC.Logan AC & Heat Services

Thank you for your latest feedback. We wanted to look further into your account and the appointment you had with our technician to determine what repairs took place.
When we came to your residence on July 18th for a humidity issue in the home, our technician found the humidifier valve was bypassed to directly run to the humidifier pad, which you had done. When the humidifier valve is bypassed in this manner, it does not engage the solenoid, which as a result will cause the humidifier to constantly run and not shut off when necessary, putting excess moisture into your home’s air. This is causing the high humidity issues you have in your home. When our technician made the repair, he noticed a difference in the humidity in your home before he left your residence.
According to the technician’s invoice, you had bypassed the solenoid due to it clogging up each year from hard water. At this time, the options to correct the humidity in the home would be to either re-run the water line back into the solenoid or replace the solenoid and then to re-run the water line. Until such adjustments are made on your system, excess humidity will continue to be present in your home.
