      Bad service and and rush you out and refused to sell us bake goods when in eye sight from the counter , Drove off. the main highway for your sandwichs and bake goods .

      Placed an order for a small group of workers doing repairs at my house, therefore needed Panera to deliver. They happened to be offering free delivery at the time of my order (July 21, 2023). They provided a delivery time and when the time had passed I called the store to inquire. ******, store manager, informed me that there was a Door Dash issue (apparently Door Dash is their delivery service) and after one driver had picked up the order a second driver showed up stating it was his order to take and on finding that it had already been picked up, cancelled the order. She could not tell me where the first driver was and/or if I would still receive the order. She referred me to Door Dash. The Door Dash customer service rep did not understand why ****** did not have the driver's information and Door **** was unable to locate the driver. I was referred back to Panera Bread for a refund. Panera Bread then tells me I can get a refund WITHIN 30 DAYS!! So - they had an issue which I was not informed of until I contacted them; they failed to have the driver information for tracking; they made me call Door Dash to get answers; and I cannot get refunded immediately. Both companies are horrible - that Panera Bread would use such an unreliable and poor reputation delivery service makes me wonder why they offer delivery at all. I rate both companies MINUS ZERO and strongly recommend avoidance.

      I, ordered a cup of coffee at there restaurant the employee was not wearing gloves She took my money and handed me a cup and my change I noticed the Employee had sores on her hands Management was 100% in the wrong. Management contacted me, they have no problem with Employees serving customers with Sores on there hands ( No gloves) or any part of there body Panera Bread ( Franchise Owned) **************************************************************
