      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. They have responded to a voicemail message today and said they will have it delivered on July 10th.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Unsafe deck was delivered. Requested the deck to be fixed and re-delivered. A employee called me on her way home from work and shared many stories of scamming tactics to keep 25% cancel fees from consumers. She also stated Tim Darwin had NO intentions of redelivering the deck and in fact had sold it on Facebook for $2,000. She told me he planned to keep our $1,000 deposit as a “cancellation fee.”
      I called and threatened the owner, Tim Datson with BBB and OAG filings after she gave us his number.
      The owner stated that they would deliver a new deck, (week of May 23rd) at the end of the following week and didn’t honor that. Then the owner answered my husband call (he’d previously did not), and stated that they would be delivering it Friday or Saturday. That was to be the first weekend in June.
      The owner Tim Dotson did not contact my husband after repeated attempts. I contacted him and threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General’s and every time we talked it turned into a screaming match. Today his employee contacted me and said that they would refund within two weeks the thousand dollar deposit. I want my full $1,000 deposit refunded and immediately. He scams people for deposits with gives false delivery times according to his employees - all in order to keep “cancellation fees” when people get made because he never delivers when he says he will.
      I have text messages with the employee where he is as going to give anyone that called in and complained $250 off their purchase in order to appease his wrong doing. I also have a record a phone conversation with him where my husband, who is a police officer, told him that it was OK that I recorded the phone call. He threatened my husband with imprisonment, and so did his employee, Heather. I’m now looking at filing a small claims court and have started organizing a filing of a class action suit if this is not resolved. I encourage anyone to do the same!

      I purchased a 10 x 16 garden shed from Timbercreek Structures on Sept 5, 2021. I have not yet received this shed after waiting 20 months!!! I was promised over and over that this would be delivered and I have even requested a refund which was denied. I put down $2000.00 in CASH and I have no options left except to file a claim with Better Business Bureau. He has had plenty of time to build and deliver this shed.

      I ordered a shed first week of July 2022. I have been given the run-around with completion times ever since. The owner was supposed to contact me on multiple occasions after I left messages with the office staff. I want the shed delivered in 2 weeks or I want my money back.

      We purchased a shed that was a described as a "cancellation" and required payment in FULL by check. After contacting them for an updated delivery date, it was admitted that they "double sold" the shed and they offered to build a new one to be delivered within the original specified time frame. We decided to not risk any further issues with this company and asked for a refund. We are now being told we can't get our money back for **** weeks per their policy on cancelled orders....since we thought we were purchasing an existing shed I don't see how this applies. I also don't see where we signed agreeing to this policy. Any contract we had was broken when they sold (and delivered) the shed we paid for to someone else.

      I ordered a building from timbercreek strictures on February 14,2022. It is May 24,2023 and I still haven’t received it. When I purchased the building the delivery date was 8-12 weeks. I have called numerous times between April 2022 and now and they always have excuses. The biggest excuse was Covid. On February 8,2023 I received an email stating they was starting on my building and i would receive it in 10 days. I still haven’t received it. I called and left messages in March and April. In April a lady told me it was built, but they was behind delivery cause the trucks had been broken down. I talked to someone on May 9, 2023 and this lady said it was never built yet and it’s still on the owners desk. I emailed the gentleman from February and he said he would try to find out what’s going on. That’s the last i heard from him. I told her i want my building or all of my deposit back. She informed me if they refund me that it would be 8-12 weeks before i get my money and she couldn’t tell me if they would keep part of my deposit or not for canceling. i asked her to have the owner or accounting to call me and still haven’t heard from them as of today. Because of them and their poor business skills my Riding lawn mower, generator, and other things have set out in the weather for 15 months. They have caused me a lot of stress, worry, and aggravation. I did everything they told me to do..pay half and get the blocks. I have been extremely patient.

      ordered a shed from Timber creek structures august 20th 2022 paid in full from salesmans name was ********.. he said it would be 8 to 12 weeks for delivery! Should have been late November.. called later in december and was told worker shortage and please be patient.. I called in march of 2023 and was told they were running behind schedule and that my shed would be completed May 21 2023 .. NO SHED! I called Yesterday and was told they were still running behind and that my shed would be delivered first week of July!

      Chicken coop Ordered 4/8/23
      With TERMS/an agreement stating that the coop was needed NO LATER than 5/20/23. The owner was called, approved the timeline, and there is documentation to support this. I paid $1000 (more than half) on that day 4/8/23 AFTER ensuring that the timeline could be met. I was very clear I would take my business elsewhere if the deadline would be a problem. They assured it wasn’t an issue. Heather my sales rep called me 5/01/23 to let me know my coop would arrive on time and actually asked if I’d be willing to receive it early, of course I was. Then nothing. I called several times 2 days prior to expected delivery and was told it actually wasn’t built…. I was told there was a holiday and that the owner was unable to be contacted. Upon asking for a refund I was told they were building it that day. Then nothing again. I reached out repeatedly and received no response. My husband called on a number they didn’t recognize and they answered on the first call. He then was told the owner wasn’t around so we couldn’t do anything (mind you it is now 5/22/23.) we have been ignored, given attitude, and gone through the ringer over this. At this point I just want my $1,000 back or my coop delivered asap. Someone has to be present at delivery and we have taken off work TWICE now for them to change their minds and ignore our attempts at communication.
