      On Sunday February 20,2022 I went with my family to purchase a shed. We had a great experience. We agreed to purchase a 16x10 garden shed. The sales representatives, *** stated it would be **** weeks for the shed, most likely around June. They perched a larger facility to handle the increased business. We agreed and gave half the money upfront. The cost of the shed was $3000 plus $202.50 in sales tax for a total of $3,202.50 for the shed with free delivery. They required 50% upfront, which was $1601.25. We paid the $1601.25 in cash and were excited to get the new shed. As we got close to the delivery time frame, we have heard nothing from timber creek structures. We called our representative *** and got our first story of they have so much business they are behind. Then we called again as July was approaching and was told by *** she will add us to the list of complaints and the office will call us. The office never called. *** then gave us the office number. At which time we have called constantly from July until today to get our shed. They have given us countless stories of the owners dad died, all the employees quit, you will get it whenever they are ready to build it, nobody can give you an update, the owner refused to talk to me because just like ******* you cant talk to the owner, that isnt my role I cant help you. They refuse to refund the money because the contract has a 15% cancellation fee. A contract is a contract and they dont have to provide the product if they are unable to hold up their end of the contract, but they can keep the %15 because that part of the contract they acknowledge having to adhere to. They have told us in September, twice in November, then it was never built, then in January, February and twice in march it was built and still no shed but they built it many times over. Then the excuse was the trucks broke, then they werent delivering our direction. They wont give us our money or shed. More details wont fit in this section.

      Purchased a 12x32 lofted building on 4/2/2022 for $8234.08. Provided deposit of $4300 cash same day. Promised delivery in ***** weeks (estimated). We've been following up ever since and continuously told to call back every 10 days or so for a better date. Finally in December we were told to call the first week of January and we'd get an actual date. We did so and were told It would be built the week of February 13. That week came and went. Finally got a call back the following week apologizing and pushing it out to the week of March 27th. Called the week prior to the 27th and was told it was still on schedule for the end of the month. Finally got ahold of them again the morning of 3/31/23 and was advised they were going to run out and talk to the owner, try to pin down the delivery date and call me right back. Never got a call back with new delivery date. It has now been a whole year and we have been very patient but we need to get this delivered now.

      Ordered a shed from this company July 2022 very little contact from them and recently they have gone radio silence they will not return phone calls called once a week for the last 2 months and they will not answer the phone or return the call

      Bought and paid for a 12x20 shed Back in October, 5th 2022. Was told at that time it would be delivered in 8 weeks or less (8 weeks would be the first week in December). Called several times and been told it would be delivered in a week. Even have it in text, guaranteed by the owner, Tim. I want a full purchase price refund of $5324 (since they cannot honor the agreement) or my shed. To date (3/25/23) still no shed. Come on people just be up front, they are still taking orders!       I *************************** Purchased a 12x20 garage I had put $2,737 for down payment with TIMBER CREEK STRUCTURES ON THE DATE OF 03/16/22. I was told 12 to 14 weeks for delivery It is now goin on a little over a year I still have not received my 12x20 garage and after serveral calls and text I have gotten nothing but excuses and they are still taken order till this day. To resolve this issue I just like for my building to be delivered

      On January 5,2023 I purchased a 8x12 shed and I paid in full using a check. I was told that the shed would be delivered in 1-4 weeks after purchase. After several calls,many of which were unreturned to this company I have not received a shed. If they are unable to provide me with the shed I paid for I would like my money back.

      I ordered a 12x40 shed on August 17th. I was told that it would be 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. It has now been almost 7 months and I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I was told that I cannot get a refund for 10 to 12 weeks and that I would have to pay a restocking fee of 25% if I did cancel my order even though they are the ones in breach of contract.

      I ordered a shed on 9/27/22, was told it would be delivered in 8 - 12 weeks ( also shown on receipt ) it is now march 8th 2023 and not only do I not get a delivery date. Its been over 5 months no call back. I paid 1/2 down with a discover card and the balance to be paid on delivery.

      I ordered a 12' x 24' storage shed from Timber Creek Structures, ******, ** on 9/26/2022, paid a 50% deposit of $2649.47, and was told the delivery would be in **** weeks. I have called a number of times to get a delivery date and have been told each time that "we'll call you when we have a date". We are now nearly 6 months later and I have no delivery date. I want a definite delivery date or a refund in full of my deposit.

      I ordered a shed from this company and paid cash. I was told it will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of purchase. I ordered and paid for ******** on 7/8/2022, today is 3/4/2023. Still no shed. Ive called this company numerous times. I either get excuses and new promise dates or they ignore my calls altogether. I would seriously like my money back at this point. This company is still listing sheds for sale on ********* and offering some as repos or customer cannot accept. This makes no sense to me. How is this company still in business?
