I purchased a building in October 2021, My building has not been delivered or a refund of my down payment. I have repeatedly asked about my purchase or a refund and all I get is a call saying they will call me later in the week to let me know when it will be here and then I get nothing from them. I have been patient with them but a year and it's still not here. I believe that they took my money and had no intention on bringing my building. I need your help in this matter to see what my options are and I will be contacting my bank to see what options I have with the bank and my money. I don't think they will be bringing my building and or give me a refund. One year is long enough and I'm done waiting. I will be waiting for a response about this matter. Thank youInitial Complaint

I paid Timbercreek Structures half of the money down ( $****.** ) on Oct. 26, 2021 to build a 12 x 24 garage to be delivered to my home. Deliver time was said to be about 3 months. I kept checking in with the sales person every month or so for status. I was always told they were behind, etc. So then I started calling the main office in the spring through present day ( July 2022 ). They told me they were hiring a new crew in May and it would be built soon and to give it some time. They said other sheds or garages were built that were ordered after mine and couldn't understand why mine wasn't built yet. The main office seemed to always be buying for time. So I cancelled my order on June 10th. I was told I'd have a refund in 4 to 6 weeks. It is 7 weeks now and no refund. Last week they told me the person who writes the refund checks was on vacation and that person only works on Wed. & Fridays and to call back this Monday if I didn't get a check last week. Still no check. Left a voice mail this past Monday the 1st. No return call. Tried calling several times today and the voice mail is full. I called the local magistrate and that office told me that they have received other calls about Timbercreek Structures which is not a good sign.Initial Complaint

I had ordered a shed on December 26 2021. At the time i was told (and was stated on my receipt) it would be delivered in 8-12 weeks. It is now June 13, 2022 and has not been delivered. I have called several times. I called mid March for an update to get my contractors set up. Was told it should be delivered around the end of March per the contract. I then called mid April to see what the hold up was, got no answer and no call back. Then waited till beginning of May and was told they just moved locations and were trying to get caught back up. Then I called again at the end of May and was told that my building will be started that week. Now three weeks later I called for an update and was dismissively told that it is still in the "stack of orders". I was then told there was no eta on delivery at this point (6 months after original order). It seems the company does not intend to fill my order at all (much less in the agreed upon time frame) I reached out to inquire about a refund and was told I will forfeit my deposit of $***.**. At this point I now have contractors waiting to complete the project at the property and had to forgo my down payments with them due to not having a building to work on ie. wiring for electric ect. As a result i feel this violates the original contract beings that it was an 8-12 week delivery window and it has now been almost six months and no attempt is being made to fill my order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a 12 x 40 building on 10-12-21. I was told the building would be delivered in 4-8 weeks. I paid half the price of the building up front ($****** and was going to pay the remaining half at delivery. They had never once reached out to me to let me know what was going on. I have been beyond reasonable and understanding on why the delivery may be running late. On 5-1-22 I called and attempted to cancel my order, but they convinced me that the building would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I agreed to avoid a 15 % cancel fee ($*****). Over a month later and I hadn’t heard anything back from them. I called on multiple occasions and finally got ahold of them today on the phone. This time I told them I wanted to cancel my order and receive the refund. They told me that I will have to pay the 15% cancellation fee ($*****) and I won’t get my refund for another 4-6 weeks. Now, I feel forced to obtain a lawyer. I have never in my life dealt with a business as shady as this one. I suggest no one puts their trust or hard earned money into this company.Initial Complaint

October 7 2021 we ordered a shed for 8-10 week delivery total 50% down of $**** paid. We called in January and were told covid delays with materials we would have by end of Feb, end of Feb we were told weather delays we would have by end of March, end of March we were told we would receive a call for delivery within next two weeks. This past week when I called, now over 7 months after our order that they are processing the order and our paperwork will be sent to the building department. The lady *** informed me they have 25-30 orders ahead of us and there is no timeliness for when ours will be done as they do not build in order.....I asked fir a refund and was told there would be a 15% restocking fee on the entire order price .... for what? There is nothing to re stock as they havent even started the build? I.requested calls from our salesperson ***** and nothing, commented on Facebook page we need call and customer service and they deleted the comments. They are still selling all over and not fulfilling orders. I want a full refund so I can go bug the shed we need.
