      We ordered and paid half of a shed we ordered in April 2022 was to deliver in 8-10 weeks. we have called, gone to location, emailed posted on face book. no one ever around or responds see LOTS of others posting same thing. they called us 2 times said it was being built and will delivery in about a week, - then we do not hear anything for weeks then the say the same thing again..... unacceptable. I feel we have been scammed - and MANY others as well. ew have a friend that paid if full for his - bought on that was on the lot in February and it was to be delivered and still has not - same thing no calls, no one at store front. Can someone please look into this company for the MANY of us who are waiting for sheds to be delivered. our order is in my husbands name ******* ******* our Friends order in order ***** *******

      I purchased a building in October 2021,
      My building has not been delivered or a refund of my down payment. I have repeatedly asked about my purchase or a refund and all I get is a call saying they will call me later in the week to let me know when it will be here and then I get nothing from them. I have been patient with them but a year and it's still not here. I believe that they took my money and had no intention on bringing my building. I need your help in this matter to see what my options are and I will be contacting my bank to see what options I have with the bank and my money. I don't think they will be bringing my building and or give me a refund. One year is long enough and I'm done waiting. I will be waiting for a response about this matter. Thank you

      Ordered a deck on May 20,2022. Told it would be **** weeks. Still have not received my deck. No communication from them. I have traded several time to contact them. Paid our first payment on May 20, 2022. No refund and no deck. I just want our deck delivered.

      Company site says permanently closed but they have been taking money from my account total amount of $*** so far

      I paid Timbercreek Structures half of the money down ( $****.** ) on Oct. 26, 2021 to build a 12 x 24 garage to be delivered to my home. Deliver time was said to be about 3 months. I kept checking in with the sales person every month or so for status. I was always told they were behind, etc. So then I started calling the main office in the spring through present day ( July 2022 ). They told me they were hiring a new crew in May and it would be built soon and to give it some time. They said other sheds or garages were built that were ordered after mine and couldn't understand why mine wasn't built yet. The main office seemed to always be buying for time. So I cancelled my order on June 10th. I was told I'd have a refund in 4 to 6 weeks. It is 7 weeks now and no refund. Last week they told me the person who writes the refund checks was on vacation and that person only works on Wed. & Fridays and to call back this Monday if I didn't get a check last week. Still no check. Left a voice mail this past Monday the 1st. No return call. Tried calling several times today and the voice mail is full. I called the local magistrate and that office told me that they have received other calls about Timbercreek Structures which is not a good sign.

      I ordered a building from this company on December 6th 2021 and was told it would be delivered in 3 months. Now no one will answer the phone or email. I paid a deposit for said building and either would like my deposit or my building.
