I've purchased a shed in the amount of a little over $3000 was told 12 weeks for delivery. To this day I still do not have the shed regardless of how many attempts I had to text leave messages or talk to people at the office. I have been given date after date after have not received my shed yet. The last dates that I was given was the week before or at the latest the week after Christmas which I told her was a lie as she was given me the dates. I have left 3 messages in the past week and have not received a phone call back although they had time to change the message on their voicemail stating that they would be out of the office until after the 1st of the year. I am assuming I should have contacted the Better Business Bureau a long time ago because that seems to be the only way anything is getting resolved. I am completely disgusted with their customer service or lack thereof and will never buy another thing from them again. At this point I just want my Shed as promised I feel like they just wanted people to cancel so they could get 25%.Business Response

I ordered a pavilion on May 25th of 2022. I was advised the pavilion would be delivered within **** weeks. Tomorrow will make 31 weeks Ive been waiting with limited communication from the company despite multiple messages and phone calls. When I do make contact with someone, ** continuously told just 2 more weeks. Voicemail box is often full. I paid $2,233.72 upfront. This is ridiculous. When I stopped getting answers & advised I planned to speak with my lawyer I was advised to call anyone u feel necessary. I now have involved a lawyer to assist me. This company is unprofessional and STILL taking additional orders despite not being able to fulfill their current orders. I would like my pavilion delivered or a full refund.Business Response

we placed an order with timber creek shed on sept 8 2022 put down deposit was told 4-6 week delivery pain ***** dollars i didnt have to put down a level pad for shed and as of december 26 still NO SHED call said they will get back nothing call always recording i want my deposit and the money i didnt have for pad I WANT TO CANCELL SHED that is still not here put of pellet deliviery due to there false lies now no money no pellets no shed to me this company is a major SCAM thank youBusiness Response

March 20,2022 we ordered a shed from Timbercreek Structures. We were told **** weeks for delivery. As of today December 2,2022 we have no shed. At first when we would call they would tell us 2 weeks then One month and so on and so on. Last conversation was the Friday before thanksgiving . I have called and left messages and emailed and texted and no one will talk to me or return my calls. We have paid this company close to $3200.00 for this invisible shed. One of the conversations was they have very little employees and I told them just give us a full refund and we would be one less customer you would have to worry about. Well that request was completely ignored. Still to this day NO SHED!! I personally know one person that ordered there shed two months after ours and received theres in September. I asked how was that fair to one of the 5 salespeople that I have dealt with since March 20, and they agreed that shouldnt of happened . Well my conclusion is that these people took my money and since it was alittle bigger shed 10x20 they built a few of the smaller size sheds and have no intention of building ours. I do believe that there so called contract is null and void after almost 9 months *** I want a full refund. They have since stopped answering there phones , packed up from where they were selling them from and they are no where in sight. If I do find them I am going to *** them and warn everyone to not do business with this shoddy poor excuse of a company.Business Response

We ordered a shed on August 15th 2022. We were told that we will have our shed 6-10 weeks. They took our 2k right away. My husband has called the numerous times for updates. They never had one. We’re at 14 weeks with no shed. My husband called yesterday 11/21/22 and they said they don’t know when he’ll get his shed etc. he asked for a refund. They said not until 6-12 weeks! On April 30, 2022, I purchased a 10 x 20 metal lofted shed which included 4' loft double doors, with a 6x6 ramp, sold to me by ******************, representative for Timber Creek Structures for the amount of $5,336.43 (including tax). My down payment was $3,000.00 with a balance of $2,336.43 to be paid cash on delivery. Deliver was to be **** weeks which put the delivery at approximately the end of July 2022. July came and went. I never received a call regarding the delivery date of my order. I made numerous calls and visits to the office in the following weeks. At one point I was told the shed had never been ordered. I told them they better order the shed. That was the end of August towards first of September. By October 1 (and multiple phone calls and visits later) I finally got a delivery date of October 11, 2022 between 8-noon. My 6 yr old son was scheduled for surgery that day. After much hemming and hawing around, my delivery date was changed to October 12, 2022, between 5 - 8 p.m. which is ridiculous. Where I live there are no street lights and it was delivered at 7:40 pm. I was told cash or bank check for amount due of $2,336.43. I paid the cash and ***** signed my invoice "paid in full". I would like a settlement of $1,500 - $2,000 as Timber Creek Structure was negligent/remiss in returning phone calls, answering questions, properly placing my order and delivering it in a timely manner as they said they would do. I feel that Timber Creek Structure is not a reputable place of business and I definitely would not recommend them.Business Response

Ordered a garage December 16th,2021 from this company. Was given the run around as to why it doesn’t done when I was told it would be. Finally cancelled on July 15th. Was then told my order wasn’t cancelled because the person didn’t put it in the system. Have been fighting to get a refund for the last 3-4 months. Was told that I would have to file a claim with my bank to get my refund because they weren’t sending me a check. And if I showed up at their business to pick up a check I’d be arrested. I have a claim with my bank currently but my next step is to file a claim through small claims court. My wife and I are just trying to get our money back that their holding hostage against us. I purchased a 10x20ft shed from TimberCreek Structures for $3999 + tax. I was told 6-8 weeks for the order. This week is the 8th week without any contact from TimberCreek Structures so I called on Monday and left a message. I didn’t not receive a call back. I called 3 times today 10/25/22 and got an answer. They haven’t even started the construction of my shed and to call back in 2 weeks. I have requested a refund but have not received any correspondence since the request. This company is either over extended or they just can’t fulfill the deals they make. Either way they need to address these issue because by the time I will get my shed it will be right in the middle of winter and how are they expecting to drop the shed And have it level in the snow?Initial Complaint

We ordered and paid half of a shed we ordered in April 2022 was to deliver in 8-10 weeks. we have called, gone to location, emailed posted on face book. no one ever around or responds see LOTS of others posting same thing. they called us 2 times said it was being built and will delivery in about a week, - then we do not hear anything for weeks then the say the same thing again..... unacceptable. I feel we have been scammed - and MANY others as well. ew have a friend that paid if full for his - bought on that was on the lot in February and it was to be delivered and still has not - same thing no calls, no one at store front. Can someone please look into this company for the MANY of us who are waiting for sheds to be delivered. our order is in my husbands name ******* ******* our Friends order in order ***** *******
