    Sold us a dryer that didnt work when we got it home and plugged it in.Smiths refuses to refund our money or switch it out because they did not have another of the same model.Sent out a repair man,needs a heating element, 2 weeks to get.It is a ************** unut. Not a doesn't work unit until the repair man fixes it. $400 dollar mistake going there

    I purchased a dryer and the igniter was bad when hooked up.They did not even refund my full amount of the dryer. They wanted to give me a loaner until they repaired it. The part was as much as the dryer.I did not want a repaired dryer nor did I have the time to have someone come out to my house so many times. I called and ask for a refund and then went in and ask for a refund. Had to show them I also paid for someone to come out and hook it up because it was gas. The owner actually went to call me a liar about that until I showed proof. He said he gets that all the time so how many customers are/were unsatisfied. They did not want to return my full amount of the purchase. they said I had to pay the restocking fee. Pay a restocking fee on a product that didnt work and they probably scrapped it.I went in again and spoke to the owner.He did not refund me over two hundred dollars of my cost of buying that dryer. I would not buy anything from them the products are not what they tell you and they have very poor business ethics when it comes to the customer. I was very nice about it and told him that they lost a customer that was going to buy other appliances from them until that happened.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you are wasting your time and money.
