I was open and transparent about a hacker telling me they were now punishing my daughter in the form of sexual exploitation and prostitution( I was told by the hacker as a form of retaliation for " snitching" ) and PLEADED with them to take action ASAP and was told the soonest I could be scheduled with an engineer was a full 24 hours later! Only to be notified the very next day after processing my payment, that I now had to RESCHEDULE again! Of course this sent me into INSTANT anxiety and I demanded a refund immediately, but was argued with by the case worker on why they couldn't fulfill their obligations to the agreed appointment and told how unreasonable I was being! I explained how I believed the hacker already knew I had scheduled this service and IMMEDIATELY responded that there would be consequences, I instantly called back and directed them to not stop for any reason at all! I am now subjected to hearing laughter from the hacker because he told me they couldn't help me! I now have to start from scratch when I let it be known there would be some type of setback when I obtained their services and had to wait even 24 hours to get started! I am now subjected to this person or persons watching me shop for another service because something I paid for couldn't b done when I was told it was scheduled to be done! I am so heartbroken by this company and even more unsure that my problem can even be remedied now!Digital Forensics Corp.

I have since then spoken with digital forensics, apologized and asked to continue the work. The day of the appointment however, my screen on my phone ceased to work, so they win, I lose! And in the process, they now say they are doing the same thing to all the females in my family!! Still I have received 0% help from law enforcement, or ANYONE ELSE!Review fromJacob P

I was extremely scared and they coaxed me into their services. Within the hour I requested a refund and they wanted to give me the run around. I have yet to hear anything regarding a refund. No emails or phone contact. I’m am very displeased and I feel robbed of my $1500 that is rightfully mine. They did nothing other than show they were the true scammers taking advantage of a person that was very desperate for help. I genuinely need my money back. Please help.Digital Forensics Corp.

They were not helpful I still had to deal with my scammers. They won’t get back to me about a full refund because yet again they didn’t help at all if anything I was more stressed out because I had to deal with them and my scammer so now I’m afraid I got robbed by someone that said they would help I’m very upset if I get stuck with a 1,500 bill if they didn’t do anything to help they put me in a bad positionDigital Forensics Corp.

My case number is ******, the agent assigned to my case was Paul *****. After talking to Paul for 20 minutes while I was having a borderline panic attack because I was the victim of extortion, he seemed agitated when I said I wanted to to call him back after I calmed down and regained my composure. After calling back I signed up for their phase 1 service,put a down payment of $250 and received a message from an adjuster, Leonardo C, the following day. After going to my local authorities and speaking to a detective I decided I wanted to terminate the services I requested. I have tried to contact both Paul, Leonardo through phone calls, text messages as well as email, to terminate the services I requested. I have not received any sort of response and when I do call it goes straight to voicemail now. I would like to have this resolved before the process starts so I do not get charged anymore than the initial deposit I made. I want to have it canceled today, 11-10-23, because they have a 24 hour 75% refund policy and I requested and submitted the Phase 1 on 11-9-23. The lack of communication after I stated I wanted to cancel their services is very unprofessional and I feel taken advantage of in my anxiety ridden state as no attempt was made to calm me down either.Digital Forensics Corp.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. These guys told me they found spyware on my phone/phones. They have been withholding information in regards to the perpetrators. They lied to me in one of the reports telling me that they didn’t find anything after already telling me they found said spyware and malware on my phone/phones. I finally got them to tell me about an address that has ties to the spyware or malware found on my phone but refuse to give me any information they have right now telling me I had to wait until they are done. They just left a message today saying that there is nothing left to be found. I will be filing some sort of legal action against. Would NOT recommend seeking services from this company.Digital Forensics Corp.

Do not trust these people. These people will take your money out of fear, and will give you the impression that you have nowhere else to go, and that you don’t act quick enough, the perpetrator will carry out his threats. These people are just as bad, if not worse than the perpetrator themselves, remember there are better things to do than waste your money best case scenario just block the guy that’s threatening you.
