I agreed to a phase 1 contract on July 6th, was contacted maybe one time, all other times I had to call for any update, I was helped out by my local authorities much faster, so I called back the next day to push through a cancellation ticket, and now I’m having to call every other hour to someone telling me they’ll call back, I don’t mind not receiving full refund back, I just want the contract fully cancelled. all in all it is a scam and they will trick you into paying them the same way the extortionist would do it. they do not offer any service that you cannot simply do yourself, this is a complete scam and do not even waste your time. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive a call from customer service or anybody at all. they just want to take your money. i need to be contacted by this company and i need to be issued a refund immediately no services were usedDigital Forensics Corp.

I fell for the digital forensics scam when I was intoxicated. They do everything over the phone, ask for no verification and then take your card information over the phone too. When I asked for credentials of the company all they sent me was the script of service or whatever they call it. I understood what the service was for I just wanted to see the legitimacy of the company. They told me what rate they charged at and when I told them the scammer had taken all my money besides 300 dollars they said we still want to help you we just need that 300 dollars to get started. So all they wanted was my money and I doubt they had any plans of stopping for more. After a day I called my "advisor" and he wasn't there and no body else could update me on my case. I read somewhere where they had the three day refund policy and I paid for a weeks worth of service on the second day I had recieved no calls or responses to emails or texts. I called them and decided I wanted a refund. Before they notified me I logged back into my accounts and saw all they had done was blocked and removed the extortionist from my accounts (work I could of easily done). They called me while I was on break at work and told me they had completed the service. I responded confused that I had put in a refund ticket and asked for a cancellation. The guy ends up hanging up on me without going over my review or even sending it to me. Then days go by I thought I was out of my contract. They call me today talking about how the refund is not able to be processed and I am stuck in my contract because they had completed the service although I have no confirmation that my pictures or anything are gone. I paid for the phase 1 and phase 2 services due to a sextortion, and I'm currently making payments. Have been reading reviews and they are all bad and the business is a scam and they've called me 4 times today and left texts, and I've told them I no longer want the services and to stop calling me. They are persistent on me paying and that they'll put it to their "legal" team if I don't pay them. They're scamming people for more money and I want them to stop calling and texting me, I've blocked them on my credit card as fraud and they need to stop my "contract" I was in such distress and anxiety that I don't even believe I signed a "contract". Please help, thanks. And hope no one goes with this company they are the devilDigital Forensics Corp.

Team got right on my case..very clear about what to expect.. flexible with payment and worked with me when there were hiccups..grateful for the service.. soo far the extortionist has left me alone, and hopefully personal damage to me and my family has been mitigated and haven't seen any negative affects..time will tell.. I fell for a extortion scam and i was so freaked out i called them and they coaxed me into a contract that was way higher then what i wanted and i immediately regretted it and said that i wanted to cancel my contract hours later in the same day mind you this is on 5-10-24 and they said that i would have to wait until Monday but the reason why i called hours later is because of their refund policy which states that if calling within 24 hours you can get 75% of the money back and that’s why i called them the first agent picked up the phone and he was frustrated over the phone as i could tell in his tone of voice and said that he would process this cancellation and they would call me back at the end of the day so i said okay i called back about an hour later because i had not received a call and it was close to the time they close so i called again this time another agent picked up the phone and told me that my case would get cancelled on Monday in which that would not be under the 24 hour policy and was starting to get mad at me over the phone as well. I’m sorry but if this is how you treat you customers and not allowing them to cancel their contracts on the same day but visibility putting a notice on the contract stating that the cancelation policy is 24 hours for a 75% refund seems like a scam to me.Digital Forensics Corp.

While under a stressful situation of being extorted, was made to sign a contract for 21,831.60. Was made to believe that they actually with law enforcement where that tracked the extortionenist were from. They do not. They did get them to stop the harassment which I agree may have costed 1,500.00 for the three hours that it took. When I was able to speak with local law enforcement, I was informed that it does not cost that amount for that type of work. I informed the case manager that I was assigned when he did call back, I was no longer wanting their services and could stop any supposed services. I asked for no refund because it was pass the three day deadline. Also informed them that I was not going to pay them anymore money. Now they are calling me asking to pay more money. I am speaking with an attorney who is reviewing the contract for true legitimacy. This company is worst then the extortionenist, prey on victims and giving false information.Digital Forensics Corp.

I was thinking I would be the only one eating 1 star but I’m glad to find the folks that are going through as same situation as mine! If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do that. Their attitude toward customers, manners and services are terrible!! They say they’ll help but they do nothing but suck up money from you! I got scammed by Instagram so I came here for help but instead of being helped I got scammed here as well. What a disappointment! They charged my credit card and they said it didn’t go through and they are charging more plus interests!?? What a heck is going on this scam company!!! They harass you and threaten you for more money! At least that’s my experience! Everyone out there, be aware and learn from my mistake and some others reporting in these review sections. Yes I fell for their scam as well. They will use fear techniques to sign you up in higher plan which is 20K$ but they provided service of 3 day plan for me which was 7200$. They will make you sign contract and later use that against you. Even though they never provided the service that was earlier promised. Plus They never help you in your situation.
