    I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I have been blown off by Management Plus since I moved into my neighborhood in 2021. There were two repairs submitted by the seller that were not taken care of until I reported them later. The fees for this community are outrageous, but the neighborhood looks like ****  They consider the front areas of each condo a common space, but most of them around my house are in disarray and eroding into the street. They have been contacted about this multiple times. Many landscaping rocks have been moved and never put back so they are now sitting in mud puddles. They refused to get rid of the moles that had run rampant in the neighborhood until they got out of control. There are patches of dirt in the green space behind my house because they refuse to fix the problem. They finally fixed the mole issue after I had been reporting for MONTHS. They wont tell me how old my roof is, and they will not provide me paper work for my insurance company that the carport that I park my car under. I have been lied to, hung up on, and discriminated against and lectured to because someone there feels I need ***** in my life. Every single person I have ever spoken to there is rude and unhelpful. I am starting a campaign to inform my neighbors of their horrible practices so that we can find a better company to serve our needs because Management Plus just takes our money and does not at all serve the residents they are hired to manage/.

    This customer left me a voicemail yesterday, 7/8/2025 wherein she was expressing the same issues as outlined in her complaint below.First, it should be noted that the management company does not approve nor establish the budget for the community, the Board of Directors does. Likewise, the management company does not contract to have repairs made unless we have express consent of the Board of Directors. Board of Directors are made up of volunteer homeowners who live and are members of the same community.After speaking with the manager, several attempts have been made to help this homeowner. Ms. ******** was been invited to attend board meetings to express her concerns, she failed to attend. Last year the Board President made attempts to have a special meeting with this owner to address her concerns, she again declined said meeting. Every attempt to address her concerns are met with hostility and aggression. She was sent a response letter that was emailed and mailed to her today. I do not see an option here to attach it.

    As per the usual with Management Plus they have skirted the issue of religious discrimination when their employee tried to lecture me about Jesus. Yes, I did send an email and left a voicemail about my concerns this week. Also, in true Management Plus operations no one has reached out to me about the issue. I have no concerns with the budget. My concerns are solely with the customer service at Management Plus. The “special meeting” with the board member was for me to BEG for landscaping concerns to be addressed. They were issues affecting the entire neighborhood. The meetings run by this company are a circus show and a complete waste of time as their company cannot handle managing a meeting. They are implying that they have made efforts to communicate. They don’t return phone calls and ignore message requests. I have asked for the age of my roof and proof of the structure of my carport. Those weren’t mentioned in the response because they have ignored my MULTIPLE requests for those items that I have been advised to get. They blame everything on the volunteer board of directors. I don’t understand why our neighborhood has hired them to do anything as our grounds look like ***** and they don’t serve our neighbors. I will be attending meetings and communicating with neighbors now as I will be informing them of the inadequate treatment of those we pay to manage our neighborhood. I am sure I am not the only one that has received this treatment. Our neighborhood deserves better than the substandard treatment from this Management Company.

    This is the worst HOA management company that I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Whatever happened to civility and trying to do the right thing? Every year when I get my coupon book I promptly pay the entire year up front. Last year they sent my coupon book to a completely wrong address so I forgot to send in the payment as I don't live in the unit. Had they done the right thing and simply called or sent me a text I would have promptly sent in the entire yearly payment as always. Instead, they thought the best way to deal with it was to hire some two-bit lawyer to file a lien on my property and tack on a bunch of unnecessary fees. When I called to discuss the situation the woman on the phone was beyond rude and refused to acknowledge their error in sending the coupon book to the wrong address. Next step is to contact the HOA Board and suggest we obtain a better management company - one that doesn't waste the HOA's money on unnecessary legal fees.

    I reported water coming up around my condo foundation and running down my patio on 9/12/2022. I followed the appropriate guidelines and put a work order in on the Management Plus website. I called again the next day because the amount of water was increasing around the foundation. It took several weeks for someone to come out and then leak detection lasted until close to the end of October due to various reasons out of my control. The leak was detected in the incoming water line between my condo and the unit next to me.
    They were supposed to get bids for repairs but that did even start to happen until my neighbor notified them on November 9th that she had sold her condo and the water line needed to be repaired before her closing. A plumbing company showed up on the 10th unannounced but I had just texted positive for COVID and they understandably declined to come in and check the plumbing. I notified Management Plus of the situation and advised that I would let them know when I was well which I did. They sent another plumbing company out on 11/21/2022 and they submitted their bid to correct the water line. I was contacted again by Management Plus to see if if the first plumbing company had been back out and I said no but now I have water coming inside and black mold on the wall as well and mildrew on many items that had to be thrown away. The issue is worsening each day and they will no longer respond to my emails or phone calls. This has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I am just trying to get them to repair the water line which is their responsibility and to clean the mold/mildrew and damage incurred due to their negligence in letting the situation go on for almost 3 months. I have documented everything and forwarded them pictures the entire time. I even asked them to come and see what was going on but they never responded to that as well.
