    Very disappointed with this place. We were promised a free replacement radio for our Jeep, but after multiple visits, zero communication, and weeks of delays, they installed a used radio from a different model year that didn’t even work. We had to chase them down for updates, and their customer service was terrible—no one takes responsibility except the original salesperson, who rarely answers calls. Now we’re stuck with a faulty radio and looking at spending $1,000+ to fix it ourselves. Save yourself the headache and go to a real dealership.

    Automotive is very dedicated and always shows up for their customer everyone there and I mean everyone The owners are awesome smooth process and let me not forget about the sales Women and Men ***** is ******** also ******* , and ****** all helped me with my new car learning and getting used to it. They’re awesome here. Buying from here is a must

    Christopher from prepay lacks basic customer service skills. I was told by him because he was a manager and because he had a heavy workload he didn’t have the time to speak with me and to hurry up and talk, That is not the customers problem, when asked to speak to a manager from sales from a man named Jake I was told no manager is available on Tuesdays and they are short staffed. And if I was to file a complaint on him nothing will happen to him because he is the manager. This business uses unethical practices to obtain vehicles and are extremely rude I’m sure countless others feel the same and the reviews of how good this company is are fabricated. Please do not buy your vehicles here and do not do business with their buy here pay here policy it is a scam.
