    This has been the worst experience ever when buying a car. I do not recommend anyone buy a car from Automotive Connection.
    I bought a 2017 Lexus 200T. When I got there, I noticed the LED headlight was out and the bumper was cracked. I told them I will not buy the car unless we can get a NEW headlight installed and the bumper fixed. They kept assuring me that will not be a problem, they just need to confirm with their mechanic and I need to fill out the application. I filled it out and told them what my credit score and income was, but I told them multiple times to not have my credit pulled unless they get 100% confirmation from their mechanic FIRST that it will be fixed. They said that was fine and they will wait to hear back from their mechanic first. I then got notifications on my phone that my credit had been pulled- before hearing back from their mechanic! I asked them why they pulled my credit and they said they had to. Why lie to me and why couldn’t that wait until after a simple phone call was returned? The mechanic agreed to order a new headlight and fix the bumper.
    After the sale, I had to bring the car to the mechanics THREE times because nobody knew how to install the bulb and the bulbs were always faulty. When they finally installed the bulb at the first visit, it didn’t work, so they claim they ordered another brand new one. The new one didn’t work either. After coming back again, they installed another one they claim was brand new, but it went out again just a few weeks later. It was obvious that they were buying very cheap USED headlights instead of new ones like I was promised. To this day, I still have the Lexus with just one LED headlight. I was promised a new one and that was not delivered. I was also promised a new key fob battery and fluids topped off. That didn’t happen either. I feel like once these guys get your money and make a sale, they don’t care about anything else.

    Sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. We are always ok with you taking the vehicle to an outside shop to have it inspected with a third party before your purchase since all of our vehicle are pre owned. Please reach out to the dealership and ask to speak to a sales manager to make sure this experience has been been properly vetted.

    Car buying process was fine, everything since that day has ******.
    Nov 1st, The car wasn't on the lot after I drove 5 hours and told them I was coming and subsequently confirmed that I was coming via phone call 2 hours before arriving, it was apparently at auction, ready to be sold to the highest bidder, an hour away.
    Check engine light that was not on any picture or the listing, (which was due to a cable being cut on the underside of the vehicle underneath a metal sheath, curious) They stated they could not check this light because the vehicle was "too new and advanced" I hooked up my obd2 scanner when I got home and diagnosed it in 2 minutes.
    According to them "Ohio law states a deal must be funded within 14 days of the sale and they must get the title to you within 21 or I can sue them" per Junior, (It isn't ohio law to get it funded within 14 days, that is just a them policy). So on Nov 11th, Friday, VETERAN's DAY, they called me to state that I needed to either "pay in full or return the car in 24 hours and pay a fee for restocking" Mind you I live 5 hours, 300 miles away. Banks are closed on Holidays and this dealership has no patience. On Mon, Nov 14th called the financing bank and they confirmed that funding was completed Nov 14th.
    On Tuesday, Nov 22nd, 21 days after the sale was made, I contacted the sales rep that brokered my deal to ask if title had been mailed, they stated that they would check into it. The next day I asked again and they stated since it would be mailed out next week. On Nov 28th I asked if the title has been mailed per Alina's text sent on the 23rd. The response was "Well it's not an overnight mail so hang tight." On Dec 2nd Called dealer asking for Junior, no one could find him. Dec 7th, today, reached out to Alina asking about the title yet again stated that it can take more than a week. Today, Junior responds to my messages stating he was off and he will get to it today and to take my business elsewhere because I am "Horrible"

    I suppose it’s true that the process was “delayed” until the 14th of november, mostly due to the bank needing very specific info. You would think that it should only take 2 weeks at most to get a title right?or that you would you know...immediately start working on the title transfer so it wouldn't get close to your LEGALLY REQUIRED TIME FRAME?

    I had an excellent experience with Automotive Connection! Was great to work with Victoryia and Alina. They were very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

    "as is" lots need to be more regulated. They have a license to steal. This lot sold me a truck with a bad transmission only to find out I have no recourse in making it right. This lot needs investigated. If I could procecute I would.
