5 starsI had a great experience with everdry. I had a pretty big job, bowing and sliding block foundation wall, with water leaking in. They went above and beyond my expectations, they were kind courteous, and professional. Any questions I had were quickly addressed and any concerns I had were put to rest with included services that I did not expect. With water in our basement every time it rained, mold growing on the concrete and drywall, cracks and bowing of the walls occuring, something had to be done immediately. Family members recommended EverDry. They had problems with their basement and were very pleased with the work they had done. I called EverDry. First thing that impressed me was that a real person answered the phone. She was friendly, listened to my concerns, and set up an appointment with one of their salesmen, Lance, to come and talk to us. A few days later he was here. After he was finished with his inspection, we sat and talked. 3 different options were presented to us. All our questions were answered, and we did not feel any pressure to sign the contract. This was the right company for us. 5 weeks later the crew showed up to start the work. Brett H***, the foreman, introduced himself and the crew. He walked us around the house, inside and out, explaining everything they were going to do. The crew came everyday on time, worked hard, cleaned up before they left, and were always very polite. Our questions were answered, and we never felt like we were bothering them. We also received a phone call from EverDry everyday to be sure all went well. When the work was completed in one week, as promised, Brett walked us around the house again, inside and out, explaining everything that had been done and how all the systems that had been installed worked. He again answered all our questions, as friendly as the first day. I received another phone call from EverDry, checking on how the entire week had gone. There was a final walk through also by a representative from the company. It has rained quite a few times in the last week since the work was complete. The basement is dry, the drainage system is working, and our walls are look secure. I will recommend EverDry to everyone. I live in a 121 year old house....!! No more flooding after heavy rain! Our home stays dry now. We have no complaints regarding the quality of service we received from EVERDRY. Each person that came to our home was polite and professional. The men worked hard and were done on schedule. The icing on the cake for us is that it worked! Our home stays dry. Very happy with my everdry experience. Went out of their way to keep my house clean and all of the dust downstairs. Went about the work got done early and efficiently...
