Rob W*** was a knowledgeable salesperson. He took all the time we needed to explain the process and answer our many questions. He did not employ high pressure sales tactics. He was friendly, professional and helpful.

Daniel came out and did a excellent job of talking about and showing the benefits of their windows and how they're made and the benefits of replacing my 20 yr old builder windows with new ones. The salesman from Universal Windows and installers the best I ever had. No pushy sales pitch just great details and explanation of the quality of the product and the installation. It's been over a year now since we have had our windows installed and I have to say I am so impressed by the quality of these windows. My furnace bill has gone down. My bedroom faces the East and I always had to keep the windows closed the shades drawn and the blinds because of the extreme heat that came in. No more with these new windows I can open up my blinds and have sunlight in my bedroom with no heat pouring in.Universal Windows Direct of Southwest Ohio

Installers arrived when they said they would. Went straight to work in removing the present windows and installing the new ones. They showed us how to adjust the windows and the screens. They thoroughly cleaned up all trash and answered all of our questions. The new windows are beautiful !!!***** ******** OH)Universal Windows Direct of Southwest Ohio

We had all of our windows replaced by Universal Windows Direct a few years back and have had no issues. They look great, function well, and the house is quiet. Due to the amazing job they did, we had them put siding on the house as well. Another great job. Siding looks great, installed on schedule, and my yard was clean when they finished.
