Very happy with the windows installed by Universal Windows Direct. They look Fantastic! John & Brad, the installers, did a Great Job & left my home & yard spotless. Jeff came the next day & reinstalled all my blinds. Very glad I chose Universal Windows & highly recommend them for windows. My windows are beautiful. Very pleased with the entire process from salesman through installer. We were extremely impressed with the insulation of the glass and the frames . Kind, professional and thorough. We are so grateful for our new windows and the installation technicians were fantastic. They explained so much to us They were on time and tidy.
