      United Midwest Bank had a faulty website on 2/2/2025, when my first payment is scheduled.

      I contacted them by email, and eventually got a response back that their system is down. I ended up calling them, and the person on the phone, was supposed to assist with the payment through the phone since their was down.

      When I checked in to pay my next payment, I am in an overseas country, and the website can't not be accessed, I contact them my email, and there is an absolute refusal to admit fault, or even acknowledge that there is a problem, even though sufficient detail have been provided. The problem never went away, and I got a VPN, and changed my location to US server, I could access the website.

      Once, I login and I find that the previous payment has not been made. This bank has systematic IT issues, a rude and unresponsive customer support, and an absolute lack of integrity.

      I have never been late on a payment in my life, but because this institution has such a sub standard professional operation, my credit report will get a stain on it, and they will now try to charge me interest.

      The phone call with the person was recorded by the bank, and I have a witness who was near me when I was trying to fix this issue. And I have every email record. I tried to be cordial and understanding, but this standard of operation is not acceptable.

      Mr. ******** was not able to log in to make a payment on his account because our website does not allow for access outside of the United States.  We limit website access as part of the security protocols we use to protect our customers from fraud and identity theft.  Mr. ******** spoke with our representative on February 4th, 2025, and we helped him process his payment over the phone.  His account has not been past due, and we have never assessed any late fees or reported his account as delinquent to any of the credit reporting agencies.

      This loan is paid in full. However the bank has been constantly harassing me multiple times a day via phone, email, text and mail stating my loan is not paid in full. **** have mis reported to the credit agencies and have ruined my credit.
