      Sooo sad-your frosted cookies have carrageenan in them! That plus all of the coloring additives are cancer causing ingredients that have no place in our food supply! Your frosted cookies were thin and way to soft-more like a fall apart cake which were inedible due to the ingredients. Nothing about your offering was worth the price and a bad deal to boot! Never again will we order from this company!

      I think this company is deceiving their customer showing one product, advertising it as a bow and go with a really nice box and including a $10 gift card for a future purchase. But beware that's not what you get. Ordered 12 boxes for Christmas which all came in flimsy non Cheryl's looking boxes as shown like the nice boxes and not a single one had a $10 gift card in it on it anywhere . Called customer service the first time and had to hear screaming children in the background which wasn't okay with me as I was already upset . Could not get a supervisor . I asked that 12 gift certificate cards be mailed to me so that I could gift these for Christmas , and they said that was not possible . Still waiting for the problem to be rectified on December 27th 2022 when they said it would be taken care of by December 22nd . Horrible horrible customer service . And the cookies are at least 25% smaller than they used to be , with an increase price . Try to call corporate office in Ohio and the numbers been busy for 2 days straight*

      I placed an order of 60 different cookie baskets on December 2nd for a total of $3500 to be all delivered on December 19th, just in time for Christmas. What I ordered looked beautiful and had a nice variety of cookies with different frostings and pieces. They were in stock when I placed the order.
      Cheryl’s ran out of stock and decided to do nothing at all. Nobody contacted me to ask if I want to replace the order with something else or anything.
      Let me also mention that nothing of what I ordered initially was sent. They replaced my orders of cookies with boring cookie red and green replacements. (Yes, I asked the people that actually received them to send me pictures).
      Our order did not go in time, what was sent was NOT what I ordered and instead were sent boring cookies. Of course, there is still no assurance the last 45 pieces of the order were even sent.

      I've attempted to reach Cheryl's all morning. I received a gift basket of assorted prepackaged baked goods- that included the cookies. They are terrible! Very stale!! Icing has a vinegar taste I was on the phone 25 minutes trying to get issue resolved. I could not understand either assistants broken English. This was part of a gift. I do not have a tracking number very unhappy!!

      For the second time in two weeks I have spent time trying to correct errors made by Cheryls Cookies. This was a wonderful company to do business with before they were purchased. CUSTOMER SERVICE ties but has difficulty getting the job done correctly and has not offered any compensation for the amount of work on my part. I am now awaiting over $75.00 in credit because of their errors VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
