After requesting DASCO to cease automatic re-supply and billing, I still received a CPAP re-supply pack. I called DASCO stating that I had not requested the pack and wanted to return it and not be charged. I was told that to get a refund I would have to drive the pack to the Louisville DASCO office. Because of the distance to that office, I would have to take half a day off of work; office closed before I could reach it at the end of my workday and office is closed on weekends. I now have received another charge for a supply pack that did not come to me at all. I called DASCO again today (which makes a total of 4 calls in my attempt to stop supplies and charges coming to me when I've not requested anything) and ultimately after speaking with three different people, there is nothing they can do to either accept the unopened pack I received and am charged for, nor anything about the other $56 charge. Supposedly, there are no more charges or schedule supplies coming to me after I pay those two $56 charges. I'll avoid doing any business with them and share this situation with my insurance company.

I have multiple family memers that have and contnue to have issues with supplies for c-pap machines and other home health supplies. They either dont have the correct size masks for months, are unresponsive to questions. Multiple billing issues. Showed up to remove a hospital without notification that they were removing it other than it was time despite doctors orders stating need. They make the decision as the customer service rep stated. Do not use unless absolutely necessary. Do not have patients interest.

We would like to research this complaint however, we are unable to locate a patient with this name. Respectfully, we ask for additional information to verify legitimacy or that the complaint be removed.DASCO prides itself on a high level of patient care providing medical equipment and supplies that patients need in the home. Removing equipment or supplies that a patient continues to need does not fall in line with our values.

Billing ..*****. Received bills for unordered equipment, for duplicate equipment, and for equipment never received. IF one can get thru to their phone message machine (frequently full) they do not return the call. When I finally broke thru, we agreed to what was correct billing, but never made the changes. It appears fraudulent to me
