5 starsResidences of Gahanna OH - I could not ask for a better response to a maintenance request I put in first thing in the morning. **** and ***** came that same morning very professional and explained everything in detail to what they were doing to correct the issue. They also were very patient and answered any questions I had. You would never even know they had been there when they left. It is such a pleasure to live somewhere that you have confidence in calling maintenance knowing it will be taken care of. The office staff *** and ****** has also been there very supportive in any concerns I have concerning my apartment. Anyone looking for a nice community to call home I would definitely recommend the Residences of *******.

5 starsMy experience living at the Heights at ***************** has been great. I have decided to stay for another lease term! They are super resident focused. Their onsite management team, ***** and *****, are friendly, helpful and care about the residents experience living here. Maintenance staff is excellent. ****** and ****. Super quick response. Putting in a ticket is easy on line. They often arrange community events like food trucks, raffles etc. Their amenities like the gym, courtyard and pool are all kept very nice and tidy. ********* coffee bar is great. Thank you everyone at the Heights! Such a nice community to be living at.Champion Companies

5 starsIve been living at *********** at ***************** for 6 months and I couldnt be happier with my experience! The community managers here are truly exceptionalprofessional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Its clear they are hardworking and genuinely care about the residents.The property itself is consistently well-maintained, and Ive never had any issues with maintenance. Any request or inquiry Ive had has always been addressed promptly and efficiently.The management team hosts regular events for residents, which makes it easy to connect with neighbors and creates such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.On top of all that, the location is unbeatable. Shopping is just a stones throw away, and the easy access to the freeway makes commuting a breeze.I highly recommend The Heights at ***************** to anyone looking for a great place to call home!Champion Companies

5 starsReally nice apartments, well maintained, but the staff takes the cake!!*****, is just the best of the best! Anytime I put in a work order, he takes care of it quickly. He is always professional, and kind! And even though the office staff changes from time to time, they have and are always wonderful to work with. 5 starsMy experience in this residence has been excellent. The apartments are clean and well-equipped, and the location is convenient with easy access to everything. The staff is always cooperative and attentive to the needs of the residents. Another great feature is the quick response of the maintenance team whenever needed. I havent faced any delays in resolving any technical or maintenance issues, which makes living here very comfortable. The neighbors are kind and friendly, and there have been no issues with them at all. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.Champion Companies

5 starsI moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. I have had one maintenance issue so far, a leaky faucet, and it was replaced the day after I submitted my work order. I had a cookie hanging on my door for my birthday and there are frequent fliers for community events, a pool party, Christmas cookies and donuts/juice in the office. I have not attended any, but it is nice for those residents who want a too.Champion Companies

5 starsThe staff here is truly exceptional. From the time of my first visit, to the day I moved in has been such a great process. I got the luxury of working with Britani, ******* and ****** and they were all great to say the least. They did a great job explaining everything for me and granting all the small requests I've needed to make the living experience as great as it is. The apartment is such a beautiful space to live in and is in an area where everything is accessible to you within 3 miles. I couldn't have moved to a better place or worked with better people! 5 starsI recently moved into The Caldera House in Lewis Center, OH (with my puppy) and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the community, the top-notch Property Managers (Huge shoutout to Marina and Brittni!-- they worked their magic to get me moved in within 1 business day!!) and the entire Champion team (Shoutout to TJ and Brian (BD) as well!!) that has made our move-in experience so easy. I have lived in various apartments in Northeast and Central Ohio, and this has been, by-far, the most welcoming experience. Marina and Brittni go above-and-beyond to make Caldera feel like home. (My dog, Benny, instantly fell in love with this space… and loves the daily belly-rubs and treats he gets from the lobby!)
Here are some highlights of what I love about Caldera/Champion:
-Everything is modern and spotless. I swear, they must infuse the air with fresh scents, because it smells amazing!
-Starbucks machine available 24/7 (with full coffee, tea, refreshment bar)
-Plenty of space to walk my dog (with a ton of pet-designated areas)
-Gorgeous landscaping/decorations
-Super clean apartment upon move-in
-Everyone in the community is friendly/ greets each other
-Amazon locker for packages
-Pool and fire pits (closed for the season, but can’t wait until they are open again!)
-24/7 Gym
-Perfect location to travel anywhere in Greater Columbus in about 25 mins or less
If you are on the fence about Caldera, I’d recommend coming in for a tour. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to call Home in the next chapter. You won’t regret it! (If location-wise isn’t the best, I hear that the other Champion properties around Columbus are just as impressive!). I will be a long-term tenant, for sure!

5 starsIve been at ********* at ******* for 3 years and its a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the neighbors are always nice, and the grounds are always kept clean. The clubhouse always offers different monthly ******************* for its residents as well as seasonal thank yous for us as well. Its a great place to live.Champion Companies
