      From start to finish Reimagine Roofing has been totally professional and on top of my roof replacement. They have stayed in touch with me through the whole job, constantly checking with me to insure that I was completely happy. At completion they cleaned the exterior area around my home completely. I am totally satisfied with Reimagine Roofing.

      Constant delays & excuses, contracted for new roof 10/2024 & still not finished 5 months later! I am in Florida and the company is out of state which I didn't realize at the time of the contract. Very poor communication and numerous false promises of completion. I would not recommend this company as there are too many people involved and no one is on the same page!

      ***** and **** were onsite to do a water test today after having MULTIPLE issues with my solar panels. ***** was awesome with being on schedule (time) and then walking me through everything pertaining to the test including showing me videos and answering any questions I had. I appreciate everything reimagine has done for me!

      Cheers to ***** and the tremendous level of professionalism, detailed and thorough investigation he performed at our home, identifying the problems caused by the installation of solar panels on our roof that led to a leak and seepage into our 1st floor ceiling. His knowledge of the correct roofing protocols, installation and materials, showed a genuine awareness of the potential and actual issues.
